Bright clean flat with distant views of the sea & cliffs. Nice little welcome pack. Spacious & cheerful. Good parking space. Very quiet & comfortable. Well equipped. Everything in good working order. Nice decor & good shower. Would have liked a full length mirror & hooks on the bedroom & bathroom doors for dressing gown or towel.

Perfectly located in the centre of Lyme Regis a stone’s throw from the beach with a sea view. Everything we needed was on hand.

We were a party of four retired adults who found the accommodation spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Thankfully the beds were very comfortable and fans were available as we stayed during one of the heatwaves. The apartment is located in the centre of the town close to the beach, restaurants and especially Lyme Regis Brewery which is major treat. I highly recommend the apartment.

Wonderful location, furnished beautifully. Great place . The only minor thing was you can hear the people above you walking around constantly. Also there was lots of building work going on very early in the morning

Apartment all very clean and everything there that you need, bed comfy, and good secure parking and very central to everything, but we do feel it is time for new sofas and chairs, they are not at their best now. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

9 coram court is a great holiday home with the most amazong views from the spacious wrap round decking area with comfortable furniture.An upside down house with the views continuing from the lounge with 2 sofas and chairs.We found the house spotlessly clean and a fully equiped kitchen.The main bedroom is huge also has a decking area with views.Just a 10 min(hilly)walk into town and beach.This company was easy to book through and good communication.would definatly use this company agaim and return to this house.One more thing the house is true to size as on the photos

Spoke to Ben who was very helpful and always answered the phone to any questions we had. The cottage 1 Riverside Lyme Regis was very nice but needed some TLC The duvet was15.5 tog far too hot for summer. There was no parasol base in the garden. The decor was very nice but the kitchen lacked many things and the china needed replacing on the whole it was a bit scruffy but could be lovely with some attention. A lovely position with added parking.

Clean, modern, bright, cool during a heatwave, fluffy towels, good bedding, great location.

Also great customer service...needed more information before booking snd very quick and friendly response. Will be back !

The cottage was lovely, very clean and wonderful location, it was exceptionally supplied, particularly appreciated the beach chairs and wind breaker and the amount of kitchen appliances and accessories to chose from.

Brilliant week in Lyme Regis. Great property in a prime location.

Well appointed Apartment well situated to all amenities
The blinds in the bedroom let in too much light which disturbed our sleep. Could not open the windows during the heatwave

The instructions were clear and apartment clean.
The facilities suited us well as one person had mobility issues and having the lift was helpful.
The location was excellent with sea views, immediate access to the gardens above the beach and the main street on the other side.

I didn’t book directly with Dorset & Devon Holiday Cottages, but the property is managed by them. On arrival and once during our stay, there was a slight problem with the patio doors. Dorset & Devon Holiday Cottages replied immediately and sent someone to fix the issue. It was fantastic service. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with this company.
The property was amazing - beautiful sea views, comfortable, well equipped & maintained.
I visited with a friend. The location was good for us. It is a short walk 12-15 minutes to the beach and local transport if required. Friendly resort.

The company was very good at communication and dealt with our queries efficiently and timely. The booking process was simple.
However, we chose the proprty because it was perfectaccess the South west coastal walk and walk our digs to Lyme Regis annd Seaton.
They failed to inform us there was a land slip on the access path, and it was impossible to access the Coastal Path. This was a selling point of the property, and the main reason we paid a little extra, so it spoiled a large part of our break.
The property was pleasant enough, Joiners on the Rousden estate, but not really dog friendly, with lots of low level breakables, and was in need of a deep clean, although not overly dirty, just high level ceilings with cobwebs and dust in places

A lovely property, very well presented. We had a great week. Dorset & Devon HC were very easy to deal with from start of booking through to finish - so we will go back again. Many thanks!
