The cottage is in an ideal location for Lyme Regis. The accommodation is excellent.

A really good location for the beach and a fantastic view. A great week in a well equipped holiday appartment

Very good, great location, we loved Lyme Regis, apartment only a short walking distance to everything. Only two things to adjust lower tiles in shower need replacing and we thought bed pillows very hard but other than that apartment very clean and a great place to stay.

Great Location. The apartment is very nice, good decor. Also dog friendly as is Lyme Regis.
We enjoyed walking down the High Street towards the shops, as the views are wonderful of the sea and the cliffs and coastline. Lots to do and see.

The apartment was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The view over the sea from the French windows and patio were amazing. It is possible to walk into town in about 10 minutes but return is up a very steep hill but plenty of parking in town. We would love to come again

The property was very dirty, tired, and poorly maintained. There were several potentially hazardous areas, notably a lack of opening limiters on all the sash windows. As the flat was on the first floor of Cobb house, this was an area of considerable concern as we were visiting with small children.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped, furnished and decorated. Great administration making the whole experience trouble-free and easy.

Very clean, warm everything we needed. Close to beach and town. Came away from our mini break looking and feeling ten years younger

Great customer service..everything was explained in great detail about my holiday arrangements from start to finish..have booked again with Dorset and Devon Holiday Cottages in November..would highly recommend.

Positives- excellent view, spacious and quiet. Parking next to building a bonus. Beds and sofas comfortable, personally I would put the table over by the side window and have a couple of armchairs by the doors. The kitchen looked well equiped although I didn't really do any cooking.
Negatives- the only cleaning products provided were a small tube of dish soap a cloth and sponge and one bin bag. I had to buy toilet cleaner, multi purpose wet wipes and bin bags. Also they only provide two toilet rolls. If you are booked to stay you will need to bring anything you need with you. For the price we paid we would have expected more. The floor of the shower cubicle is very slippery we had to buy a non slip shower mat. There are quite a lot of marks on the walls, and the carpets look grubby, the whole place needs a deep clean. The hoover provided didn't work due to the brushes being clogged up with bits of paper.
Outside the patio paving is uneven and a trip hazard and could do with some hand rails on the steps. The garden furniture is falling apart, slats missing on a couple of chairs.
Overall although we had a relaxing break we wouldn't return, there were lots of basics missing. (we stay at a cottage in Scotland that has absolutely everything we could possibly need so take it for granted that's what we should expect )

Great communicators with comprehensive notes about the accommodation and surrounding area.
The property was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.
The only difficulty encountered was having to reverse down the drive when leaving the property, although we had been pre warned in the advanced communications that this would be the case.

Great customer service during the booking process. The property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean.

Lovely place Seaton, fabulous flat, great sea views, beautiful and clean accommodation. Not for anyone with mobility issues as there’s a couple of flights of stairs and a little walk from car park, but as long as u can I would highly recommend.

The house was lovely and the hosts were amazing. We couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage and great location to Lyme Regis near the coast, only downside
was the bedroom mattress was uncomfortable, and the issues with the back door. Someone was sent out to look at it quickly and a tradesman was booked for after we left.
