Amazing service

Amazing service. The customer support is also very fast. I’ve never had any problems. They contact me everytime I am close to renewal. The best site ever. This is not incentivized or a paid review. This website is legit and you’ll have very easy access to your medication immediately. They always deliver for free and it’s always on time. Never need to sign or pick up if I’m not home. They always place in perfect spot. Honestly the best service ever. Can’t complain one single bit. Everything is 5 star.

Hands off but legit and quick

I wanted to quickly and conveniently access Ozempic and came across DooÜ. I started by filling out an online form asking various questions about my health and goals. Part of the process requires uploading a copy of photo ID and health insurance info, which I thought was pretty standard stuff. It was $80 to submit this step. Within 24 hours I had a response via email that I was approved for Ozempic. I looked up the prescribing doctor and they are a real physician in Canada.

After the approval I was immediately followed by contact via email and text from Pocketpills, which is an online pharmacy that I was actually already familiar with so I knew it was a real pharmacy. I was required to log in to Pocketpills and complete my profile and add a payment method. I was charged $297 for a 3mL pen that would last two months and the price was shown to me before I entered my info. It arrived at my doorstep on the exact date Pocketpills said it would by FedEx, discretely packaged in an insulated envelope with an ice pack. I was required to provide a signature.

I already knew my insurance would not cover this kind of medication unless for type 2 diabetes so I did not take any steps to try and get a pre-authorization and just paid out of pocket.

At some point I asked the DooÜ chatbot if they can requisition A1C tests since the approval email asks for that info and the bot said no and asked for follow up info. I just exited the chat but a day later a human emailed me to let me know they don’t requisition bloodwork and that I’d have to go to my family doctor or a walk-in for that. I took off one star for that, since half the point of using this service is so that I don’t have to go to a walk-in/family doctor, and one of DooÜ’s competitors does requisition blood work as part of their telehealth weight loss programs.

Anyway, it’s a legit service, I received the medication quickly, and their support staff has been pretty responsive. It took less than a week between filling and submitting the initial form to the medication being at my door. I was going to wait until I’ve done at least one refill to leave a review to also provide insight into that process but I’ll update my review later to describe that.

BE CAREFUL

There is no way to cancel your prescription. They have your credit card and wont cancel.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Beyond awful. Beware they are a scam. I’ve been charged TWICE and NEVER received anything. Never received a single dose and they’ve charged me and confirmed that both have been sent or whatever.
I started my whole process with this company about three weeks ago and nothing. We’ve tried contacting customer service and there’s no help and now I’m out $900+ and have nothing to show for it. This website is a SCAM. do not give them your money.

Rip off site

The first interaction was great. They were very accommodating but then when I asked to be contacted,nobody contacted after three months someone emailed me and dad they can't call me. Is this legal to prescribed a script but refuse to call you? When I inquire about getting a different script because ozempic made me too sick. I was informed I had to pay again . So with every renewal your expected to pay again!!! Rip off!!
