Holiday home
I found a property I was interested in and sent an email on a Sunday, not expecting to hear back until the Monday at the earliest, but Paola very kindly came back to me really quickly with everything I needed to know and with additional useful information that hadn't even occurred to me to ask. Paola was proactive and helpful. My initial call was disconnected before I had a chance to leave my number and Paola took the initiative to call me back right away on the number I had used. She then dealt with my enquiry efficiently and speedily.

No Service
Apart from putting my property on Rightmove they did nothing else. Don't expect any follow-up help.
My wife phoned to make a complaint to an adviser who then wrote a positive review on Trustpilot mentioning my wife's name. It seems all the excellent one line reviews are written by Doorsteps themselves.
