Decided on Donald Ross after meeting with a few estate agents. Gavin Urquhart is a great first point of contact and is very knowledgeable about the valuation of your property and understands the local market. Few estate agents were tens of thousands out price wise from the final valuation by the surveyor.
We did have a few revisions of the property schedule due to spelling mistakes and incomplete sentences but these were rectified as was the omission of a cupboard in the floorplan.
We carried out the viewings. We were contacted via emails with appointment days and times and by phone when the Offer was received. Pleasant helpful staff.
Would use them again and recommend them too.

Dealt with Ayr office whilst viewing and subsequently purchasing a property. Everything about this experience of selling our home was excellent. We saw a few estate agents but Fraser easily convinced that we could expect the most professional service from Donald Ross. The listing went live late on a Friday afternoon and we had a great offer that we accepted less than 48 hours later. Nicola and Maureen were great and it was good to have staff around over the weekend. Maureen was superlative.
