I recently used Gavin and the team at Donald Ross for the sale of my house and it was seamless and hassle free from start to finish. Each and every member of the team that I dealt with were fantastic. It felt like they all knew my property and were committed to achieving the best price. The 7 day a week working that they offer was great as I received viewing requests on a Sunday after my house going on the market on the Saturday.

To have it sold by the following Thursday was brilliant and really took the pressure off.

I would not hesitate in going back to Donald Ross in the future.

Not having been on the property market for a very long time choosing an agent was a bit of a quandary , thank goodness I opted for Donald Ross
When James came to view my property he was a mine of information and really had his finger on the pulse regarding the market and property He enthused confidence and his predicted scenario proved to be 100% accurate
Then I was introduced to Maureen who became my liaison throughout the sale and she kept me updated regularly and at no time did I have any questions on what was happening

After 6 months of viewing houses, submitting ever increasing offers, and still loosing out, we took the advice of Helen Hunter, and went for it, with the house we have now successfully bought. Advise, and feedback have been excellent, from all at Donald Ross, either face to face, or on the phone. So much better than all the others, where we missed out.
