DOMVS are simply the best.
Before putting our house on the market we looked at eight different estate agents and DOMVS were head and shoulders above the others.
One of the things that made them stand out was the video tour they made of our house which was a mini ‘Escape to the Country’. Alongside using a professional photographer, they really presented our house at its best on their website. DOMVS made video tours of houses long before Covid made that a necessity.
We felt closely involved all the way, including consultation with us in the description of our property and the village.
When we accepted an offer Polly, Greg and Marcus worked hard to get the sale through.
We were very impressed with their professional attitude throughout.
From the very beginning: the first consultation, the valuation, the outstanding video tour, through to the sale, all confirmed that we made the right choice of estate agent.

From day 1
*Original letter sent to Mr & Mrs...blamed on ‘system’
*EA viewings - mislead viewers...’ can convert garage....can extend property ‘ its grade 2 listed which they knew
* Viewings were taken away from DOMVS as they could not answer viewers questions and gave incorrect and misleading information ie..can extend a grade 2 listed thatched cottage ! Feedback was most preferred the owner to accompany them on a viewing.
*Property ‘disappeared’ from a Rightmove...as many others under their control and they didn’t even notice!
*No feedback from viewings..had to chase DOMVS all the time
*Promised weekly stats...happened twice...then nothing
*Appts not prequalified...details incorrect.....people turning up with children and grandchildren despite supposedly being told only 2 people due to COVID.
*Messages left on the phone by negotiator which were totally different reasons for cancelled appt to that of ‘Director’
....it just goes on....
*Finally, the viewing today had NOT been confirmed...I’d emailed 4 days prior to and asked viewing to be changed as I had two properties of my own to view....they didn’t deal with the email...luckily I called them ...so I cancelled both my own viewings....and the one they booked never turned up! Great service!
End of...enough...totally and utterly incompetent. Viewings were ‘bums in seats’ and ‘chuck enough s..t at the wall’ ...complete rubbish ....so I’ve told DOMVS to collect their signage as I do not want to be associated with a bunch of incompetent i....s.

clearly missed the point! ...at least you’re consistent !....and the person responding to this did host a viewing ...says it all....hence why the listing was taken away

Just wanted to say how well Domvs worked on getting our Weymouth purchase over the line!! We dealt with Mark and Marcus who dealt with a couple of problems really well.
On the rare occasions they were not available to answer the phone we got a call back within an acceptable time period.
We felt that they both knew what they were doing and acted well for their client by keeping in close contact with us as the buyer.

I can't praise Domvs highly enough for the totally professional, transparent, understanding and sensitive way they handled the sale of a much loved property. Laura in particular was always on hand to deal with any queries and negotiated not only a great price but also the best purchaser which enabled the sale to go through from start to finish in just 3 months. I would wholeheartedly recommend Domvs for their superb service and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

The Domvs team were extremely helpful throughout our search for a new rental property in the Wareham area, from the initial enquiry through to securing our chosen home and the subsequent reference/application process.

I was able to move on the weekend of my choosing and the process for securing the flat was simple and effective. We found a cottage for sale through Domvs about 3 months ago. We were desperate to buy it and the first few days of getting our offer accepted were nail-biting as we knew there was considerable interest. The guys at Domvs were very patient and gracious with our (my) agitated state and once the offer was accepted the process of buying and completing on the property went as smoothly as silk. We completed 11 weeks after our offer was accepted so big shout out and thanks to all at Domvs.

Domvs Lettings in Dorchester have provided us with a flawless and very professional, end-to-end, fully managed letting service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It’s also important to us that our tenant is well looked after and that any issues are resolved swiftly. For example, issues that might need a plumber or an electrician etc. With Domvs we feel confident that’s going to happen.
