لقد تواصلت مع دوكسبرت هيلث للحصول على تقرير طبي وكان الفريق الطبى مفيد ودقيق جدا ومنتبه على كل التفاصل للحاله وحريصين على مساعدتي وأجابو على كل الاستفسارات المتعلقه بحالتي ، وتم تكليفي بمدير حالة قام بتسجيل تاريخ كامل لحالتي ، وقام بإنشاء ملف تعريف طبي شامل لي بما في ذلك تاريخي المرضى وفحوصاتى وأسئلتي و اوصلنى بخبير عالمى قام بمراجعة حالتي وقدم لي رأيه الطبي كتقرير مكتوب تم شرحه لي من قبل مدير حالتي.
شعرت أن الاستشارة كانت ممتازه وناجحه جدا ومفيدة وأنا تعلمت المزيد عن حالتي كانت كل تشخياصتهم دقيقه جدا ونصائحهم كانت مفيده وممتازه.

I reached out to Docspert Health for a video consultation and, whilst the initial process was somewhat logistically challenging with a number of miscommunications re appointment times as well as immediate availability of consultant for an urgent consultation the final consultation with Dr Heyes was helpful and professional.
I was assigned a case manager who took a full history of my condition, created a comprehensive medical profile for me including my history, investigations and questions and connected me with an Dr Heyes who reviewed my case and gave me his medical opinion through a video consultation followed by a written report.
I felt that the video consultation was very helpful and I received very useful advice
I would recommend Docspert Health as they are provide a valuable service. However there is room for improvement in the front ended aspect of the service including the logistics of bookings and correspondence is more seamless. Keep up the good work

لقد تواصلت مع دوكسبرت هيلث للحصول على استشارة طبية بالفيديو وكان الفريق الطبى حريص على مساعدتي. تم تكليفي بمدير حالة قام بتسجيل تاريخ كامل لحالتي ، وقام بإنشاء ملف تعريف طبي شامل لي بما في ذلك تاريخي المرضى وفحوصاتى وأسئلتي و اوصلنى بخبير عالمى دكتور جافن هيس قام بمراجعة حالتي وقدم لي رأيه الطبي من خلال استشارة بالفيديو متبوعًا بتقرير مكتوب.
شعرت أن استشارة الفيديو كانت ناجحة وأنا تلقيت خطة علاجية ناجحة

A game changer in the field of provision of medical service
I am not just happy with the service, I'm proud.
From the beginning of the process, I was attached to Dr. Nada ElHalafawy and was impressed by her communication skills, empathy and professionalism.
I was then offered three consultants in a UK hospital and to my luck one of them was Egyptian with excellent credentials.
Dr. Abdullah was exemplary, spent long time on my case and even longer time in our online meeting. He made sure he explained everything.
Overall I felt safe, well informed and comfortable with the plan of treatment.
I also received a well written report summarising my case since the beginning, all through the examinations required and results, and finally the conclusion.
Great effort from the founders of this project and I wish them success and more growth.

تواصلت مع دوكسبرت هيلث للاستشارات الطبية، كنت اعاني من مشكلة چينية و تأخر بالانجاب. تواصل معي الدكتور كيرلس لأخذ التاريخ المرضي بالتفصيل ثم أرسلنا الملف الطبي لاثنين من الأفضل الأطباء الدكتور ريتشارد و نيكولاوس و قابلت دكتور ريتشارد فيديو و سوف يرسل تقريره الطبي الوافي بخصوص الحالة و العلاجات المتاحة سواء جراحية او غير جراحية.
