Excellent experience with Docspert Health
I had an excellent experience with Docspert Health which I contacted on behalf of a family member. Their service was incredibly fast and efficient. A doctor from Docspert contacted us to take a thorough and accurate medical history in a very friendly manner. She meticulously compiled all the details, including all exam results, into a comprehensive case summary report. Docspert then liaised with a selected professor abroad on our behalf, saving us the hassle of arranging everything ourselves. The professor responded promptly with a detailed consultation, starting with the well-organized medical history provided by Docspert and ending with his recommendations. Overall, the service was fast, accurate, and highly professional. We truly appreciate their support and expertise.

Accurate Diagnosis and Exceptional Support
I was struggling to get the right diagnosis for my condition and felt lost trying to find answers. Thanks to Docspert, I finally have a diagnosis. If it weren't for their assistance, I likely would have had to see multiple physicians before being properly diagnosed. Although there was a slight hiccup in communication at the beginning, they quickly addressed it. Dr. Aya was excellent at facilitating communication with the expert and put together a very detailed case file. Dr. Alessandro Garcea was incredibly knowledgeable and requested the right tests to reach the diagnosis. I'm very grateful for their expertise and support.

الحقيقة كانت تجربة ممتعة جداً
لم اتوقع ان اجد هاذا الكم من الاهتمام والتقدير بهذا الشكل
بداية من التواصل المبدئي مع المركز وتواصلي مع الدكتور خالد الذي وصلني بالدكتور عبد الكريم وقام بدوره بمتابعة الحالة بكل اهتمام ورحابة وسعة صدر واستيفاء كافة المعلومات الخاصة بالملف الطبي المتعلق بزوجتي من صغائر الامور وادقها الى تمام تجهيز الملف الطبي ثم الوصل مع البروفيسور الخاص بالحالة المرضية ووصلنا بشكل مباشر صوت وصورة مع البروفيسور
بصراحة مركز يخدم بكل تفاصيل العناية بالمريض برغم المسافة البعيدة
مع وجود الامانة المطلقة بكل ما يخص هذا الموضوع بداية من الدفع الالكتروني الى تامين المقابلة ومتابعة المرضى
اشكر جهود الجميع و كل القائمين على هاذا العمل
