يتبعها تقرير مفصل عن حالة المريض وما تم خلال التواصل وماهي العلاجات التي نصح بها الخبير.. تواصلت مع دوكسبرت هيلث لان تاريخها الطبي وجمع الفحوصات والتواصل بالخبير والترجمه اثناء الفيديو كانت ممتازه ولان البرفسور Christoph Kleinschnitz لديه خبرة أكثر من ٢٣ سنه وأيضا تخصصه مخ واعصاب وهذا تخصص دقيق. والحقيقه كان شعورنا بالسعاده اننا عملنا استشارة بالفيديو وبكل سهوله ويسر كما انصح بالتواصل في حالة طلب استشاره بدوكسبرت هيلث فهو مركز محترم ولديهم مصداقية وهذا من خلال تجربة وتعامل معهم كما لا انسى اشكر الشخص الذي ترجم وتواصل معنا في كل مراحل الاستشاره

The reason i reached out to docspert is…
The reason i reached out to docspert is because they offerred consultation with great doctors without having to travel to them.
The doctor who reviewed my case was Doctor Elena Nikiphorou, a speacilist in rheumatology.
It was a video consultation followed by a report.
Docspert helped contact the doctor, translating and explaining words, they helped make reports about the consultation and they help explaining it.
The service I revieved was great and I would recommend it to anyone who needs it because of the amazing service and great results.

اشكر جميع العاملين في دوكسبرت هيلث من نقطة استلام التقارير وعرضها على الطبيب الى المقابله من خلال الفيديو مع البرفسور جابريل . السرعه والدقه كانت واضحه في الحديث مع البرفسور خلال المقابله شي جميل ان احصل على الشرح والوصف الدقيق لحالتي
رغم اني كنت في الولايات المتحده قبل شهر. ولكن هناك فرق كبير في الشرح وحسن الاستماع لكل تسائلتي الطبيه
صحيح هيه المره الاولى التي اتعامل مع دوكسبرت هيلث ولكن اعتقد انه سيستمر معي ومع عائلتي واصدقائي. اشكركم من القلب

My experience was really special
My experience was really special. All the doctors were cooperative, I would like to thank Dr. Bishoy Zaki for helping me and following up my case and facilitating communication between me and Dr. Chuka Nwokolo, who helped me a lot and was understanding and interested in my case and gave me a convincing diagnosis after going through 10 years of searching and not reaching anything. I would also like to thank the administration, which helped us a lot and facilitated a lot of procedures.

An amazing experience with Docspert Health
The process and the outcome have certainly exceeded our expectations. Dr. Abdul Karim in Cairo office was extremely helpful and guided us so professionally through the steps. Then came Dr. Samer in London was his vast expertise and wealth of knowledge. He listened very carefully to the patient and was keen on answering all the questions and explain the most complex of medical details.
We came out of the experience confident of the medical path we're following and assured of it's hoped-for results.

موقع موثوق و خدمة إحترافية
لجأت لهذا الموقع بعد بحث دقيق في مختلف مواقع الاستشارات الطبية و الحمد لله كان اختيار موفق جدا.
تم تشخيص ابني شفاه الله بمرض نادر. ونظرا لعدم وجود خبرة في معالجة هذه الحالات هنا
نصحني الاطباء بعرض حالة ابني على احد المراكز المتخصصة في الخارج.
تواصلت مع الموقع و كانت الاستجابة سريعة و سلسة عن طريق د.منة و د.بيشوي و كانوا معي خطوة بخطوة اثناء تجهيز الملف و الفحوصات
المطلوبة و السيرة المرضية و طريقة الدفع و غيرها.
و رغم عدم وجود المركز المطلوب من قبلي في شبكة دوكسبرت الا انهم تواصلوا مع هذا المركز و نجحوا في ترتيب مقابلة بالفيديو مع استشارية متمكنة في هذا التخصص. و تم الحصول على رأي طبي موثوق دون الحاجة للسفر للخارج.
كل الشكر لهذا الموقع و القائمين عليه و أنصح بشدة أن يلجأ له أي شخص يريد رأي طبي موثوق او يفكر بالسفر للخارج للعلاج

Right from the first phone call…
Right from the first phone call everything was handled exceptionally well and very professionally by our case worker, Dr Bishoy.
He asked all necessary questions and formed a clear concise conclusion which he provided to the cardiologist, Professor Johnathan Townend prior to our call. One thing I would suggest however, is that he emphasise the need to future patients to send all test results - relevant or not prior to the zoom and let the professionals determine which tests are relevant and which aren’t. So don’t just send the current stiff but the historical stuff too - even if it doesn’t seem relevant! I’d also suggest patients do the basis diabetes, cholesterol and blood works before consulting with the consultant so they’re not asked to do them during the zoom. It’d be helpful in my view.
The cardiologist was exceptional and explained everything clearly and concisely. He answered our questions and even went a little over time to make sure we understood everything he’d told us.
The case worker then followed up with a summary report and was on hand once the final report was produced to answer our follow up questions.
This is my second time to sue Docspert and I recommend them to everyone needing a second opinion and support in making a decision about a course of action.

لقد تواصلت مع دوكسبرت هيلث للحصول على استشارة طبية بالفيديو وكان الفريق الطبى حريص علا مساعدتي تم تكليفي بمدير حالة قام بتسجيل تاريخ كامل لحالتي ، وقام بإنشاء ملف تعريف طبي شامل لي بما في ذلك تاريخي المرضى وفحوصاتى وأسئلتي و اوصلنى بخبير عالمى، د.هندريك توبياس اركيناو استشاري في تخصص الاورام قام بمراجعة حالتي وقدم لي رأيه الطبي من خلال استشارة بالفيديو متبوعًا بتقرير مكتوب.

تم تكليفي بمدير حالة قام بتسجيل تاريخ كامل لحالتي ، وقام بإنشاء ملف تعريف طبي شامل لي بما في ذلك تاريخي المرضى وفحوصاتى وأسئلتي و اوصلنى بخبير عالمى، د.أحمد صياصنة استشاري في تخصص جراحة الاورام قام بمراجعة حالتي وقدم لي رأيه الطبي كتقرير مكتوب تم شرحه لي من قبل مدير حالتي.
شعرت أن الاستشارة كانت / مفيدة وأنا تلقيت نصيحة مفيدة
