IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER - Quality Parts & Service
Such an extensive range of quality Ford Territory parts and component options available. The website is very easy to navigate and makes researching options a simple process. The staff very helpful when you need that assistance. The pricing accross the range is competitively and the standard delivery rates were very reasonable with my order arriving ahead of time.

Happy Customer
DMS Engineering web site was very easy to use, easily found what I was looking for. CV's and front bearings for my 2014 Triton. From ordering to front door was just a few days, so they must hold a huge range of stock, not like some online retailers that take weeks to be delivered. The delivery service was great, parcels arrived in good condition. I would highly recomend DMS Engerneering and will be using them in the future.

The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. We ordered a driver side door lock actuator. Unfortunately they were only able to source a right hand drive one so it didn't fit. But they went above and beyond to try to source another one for us and eventually refunded us with no issues and no concerns. Definitely recommend this company.

Do not purchase from this website
Do not purchase from this website. My bank card was hacked twice from this website. They tried to purchase some hotel in Spain and then hacked my other card for Amazon prime. It’s a scam do not give them your card details. This has all been verified by both banks as leading to this company

We're genuinely sorry to hear your cards were compromised, card fraud is stressful and simply a terrible situation for everyone involved. However, we want to assure you that our store cannot be the source of it. Furthermore, it is simply not possible for a bank to conclude where an individual's card details were leaked in the first place; only where the card is used. I've explained more below.
Our website runs on Shopify, and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure hosted checkout, which is certified to the highest payment security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). Card details are entered directly into Shopify's payment system, they never pass through, and are never visible to, our store or our staff. It is not technically possible for us to access or misuse customers' card numbers.
Please also note: our only official website is dms-engineering.com.au. Any other site, social media shop, or marketplace listing claiming to be DMS Engineering is fraudulent and not operated by us. If you entered your card details on a site other than dms-engineering.com.au, that may well be the source of the compromise, and we'd urge you to report it to your bank. They can also help you dispute the charge and recover the funds.
What you've described, i.e. unrelated charges appearing at other merchants is unfortunately typical of card details being stolen through phishing or an impersonation website. Banks can confirm that fraudulent charges occurred, but they aren't able to identify who used a stolen card or where it was originally taken, so we'd gently encourage you to ask your bank to investigate the actual point of compromise.
These scams seriously are the worst and we'd welcome the chance to help you however we can. Contact us at info@dms-engineering.com.au and we will try and make this situation a bit less bad for everyone involved.
