DLG Auto’s did everything they could to fit in with our plans and kept us up to date with the progress of the repair to our vehicle

car was collected quickly and at the time agreed. the repair was really good and the car returned very quickly and, again, at the time agreed. very pleased with the pain free process, which is what you want after after the upset of an accident, however trivial.

Excellent service. Car collected promptly, we were kept updated with the repairs and car returned in excellent condition.

Repairs were completed really quickly to a high standard. When I raised a concern about a mark on the paintwork after I had received the car back they resolved really quickly with no quibbles.

THE COMPANY YOU USED FOR THE COURTESY CAR HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR STAFF WERE RUDE. I HAD TO CALL THEM REPEATEDLY TO COLLECT THEIR VEHICLE. I HAD NO NOTICE OF TIME OF COLLECTION ONCE MY CAR WAS RETURNED. THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE MY FULL TANK OF PETROL WHEN THEY ONLY LEFT ME A HALF TANK ON DELIVERY OF THEIR VEHICLE. I CALLED THE MANAGER AT THEIR HEAD OFFICE AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THAT "IT WAS YOUR FAULT FOR FILLING UP THE TANK"
