Excellent customer experience and service received.

Highly recommended in all aspects,

The job was dealt with speedily and efficiently without the car having to go into the workshop.
This meant that a courtesy car was not needed.

Amazingly quick repair by DLG Crawley after someone had smashed my bumper and taillight (when my car was parked & unattended) while trying to park and eating at the same time! They lost their bump but picked it up & drove off!! Luckily neighbours saw the whole thing.
DLG were amazing from start to finish. Courteous, accommodating and very very efficient & sorted my bumper with a seamless paint job/ repair within 24hrs of the car arriving with them. Highly recommended

Very good and quick repair. Unfortunately there was a hiccup in returning my car at the time/date stated so it had to be returned the following day instead.

Excellent service

DLG were contacted to carry out a repair on my car.
They were meant to deliver a "Loan car" to my house but in the end I had to collect it from them.
I collected the car from their yard, approx 6 miles from my house. the car sat there unused for a few days and DLG were meant to return my car and collect the loan car. this did not happen so i had to take it back to their yard, again some 6 miles away. the total milage that was put on to this car was approx 12 miles.
DLG are now claiming for 1) damaged rear bumper
2) suffed front wheel
3) damaged rear nearside passenger door
4) body work scratches to rear nearside
given that this car was parked on my drive infront of cctv cameras and no one even opened any door except the drivers door it looks like DLG are trying on the oldest scam in the book.
Tried to contact DLG direct but apparently there is no one available to take my phone call
Askedfor their head office phone number but they refused to give it out ans stated I need to look it up on Google
Google has no phone number listed.

It is now over 10 days since you claimed to be investigating yet i have heard nothing back.
You have also failed to send me any photo's of the multiple "alleged" damages or even ask to see my CCTV which shows the car parked up and unused all the time that I had it.
Any updates on your "alleged" investigation or was your comment a pure PR exercise designed to mislead those who saw my comment?

I cannot complain with them the service DLG Auto and was unbelievable from start to finish, from the first phone call to driver delivering vehicle back & kept me updated with all the work that was done.
Plus delivered my vehicle back a day before I was told it would be which was perfect for me has had it before I went on my overseas trip.
I would advise friends and family to use DLG Auto

First of all the communication is brilliant. They have robust system that customer can update their documents like driving licence etc online. Also the service of courtesy car drop off and pick up very nice. Text msg to update the progress on your car repair. I am very happy with service. Thank you DLG.
