Clutch removal tool
I recently purchased a recoil clutch removal tool from this company for a briggs and stratton engine and cannot recommend them or the tool highly enough . The service you receive in regards to being kept informed and despatch time is great and the product itself is sturdy/ does what it's meant to and is also the cheapest you will find. A great faultless company.

Item was shown to be in stock after 4 working days. Sent an email to find out where it is. Got an email back with a Tracking number which you could not Sign in to Finally got an email back to say they had to order it in would be the best part of another week.

The item was not shown as in stock and I have checked our outgoing email system and we did not send you a tracking email, that may have been a spam email from someone else, but it was not us. You say you 'finally' got an email back, but your enquiry came in at 2.01pm yesterday and we replied to you at 4.45pm, well within the 48hr window you were advised of! In the meantime, you had thrown your dolly out of the pram and emailed us twice, saying you were fed up in waiting for a reply and would order it from someone reliable. I see that business is also out of stock of the part you require, so that is a shame, you would have got it quicker from us, it is due in today, you only ordered it on Sunday. Never mind, your order has been cancelled and refunded in full. Perhaps a little exercise in patience, would get you what you require more quickly next time? Kind regards, DiY Spare Parts Team 😊

I've lost my money. They're scammers.

If only I was told.
I recently ordered a part and waited some time for it. After some time passed, I sent out an email to get the status of the order. It took some time for DIY to get back to me. They did respond and explained to me that the part was out of stock. At the time of their response, I no longer needed the part and they cancelled the order and informed me that they would refund me. I received the refund. I can only hope they can overcome the understaff situation as I find them to be an honorable company.

Was easy to find the parts required…
Was easy to find the parts required with the use of the excellent parts diagram's which DIY have of which can be expanded to give an in-depth view of what your looking for .Then just adding to the ordering basket. Then placing the order. The only thing is having to wait for the order to arrive about a month from ordering to delivery. But did get everything which was ordered which was well packaged . Will use again with no hesitation. Mr B Stevens.

Great service
Great service, excellent advice, rapid delivery to France. I ordered the parts for my Kioritz Echo strimmer, which were initially on back order from Echo UK, in early April. Jon Harrison deserves special mention for expediting my order and advising me to re-direct my order through DiYspareparts.com, who dealt with export and customs paperwork & customs clearance into France (bloody Brexit!). Delivery via Royal Mail and La Poste tracked international service took barely a week; parts arrived this lunchtime (19th April), the parts took less than 5 minutes to fit and the machine has been put to full use this afternoon.
Also noteworthy are DiYspareparts' illustrated parts lists which are clear, made it easy to identify the parts I needed and corresponding reference numbers were accurate and easy to use.
Excellent all-round service, prompt delivery at a reasonable price.

I had been surfing the Web for days…
I had been surfing the Web for days without success.
I requested information from DIY. Within minutes I received a reply and the item ordered. All I had to do was accept the order and arrange payment. This I did and soon had an e-mail to tell me the order was in processing and I would be informed of despatch.
I consider this to be the best such experience I have had in years.

Good service
Jon was helpful and the part that I needed for my chainsaw was sent very quickly indeed. I was most impressed. The part was more expensive that some other places but the service was worth it on this occasion.

Being able to talk to a human by…
Being able to talk to a human by telephone who understood my problem and sourced the part I needed for my 30yr old mower. The part was packaged and dispatched quickly delivered by Royal Mail so it arrived when they said it would.
