I needed the part overnight, but FedEx failed to accomplish this goal. I called direct brand and they were quick to resolve my problems by refunding my shipping costs. When the part arrived it was much more robust than the original part I pulled out and my water heater fired right up. Shop with these guys with confidence.

The part I needed was discontinued so I was skeptical about getting a replacement. Direct Brand had it for a reasonable price and it was shipped out very quickly. And the part worked. My oven lit right up. Direct Brand has been a five star service up to this point. Thanks.

Absolutely love the tall baseboard heat…
Absolutely love the tall baseboard heat covers, just wish they had the cover for the connecting boards and the corner cover. Went back to order more and they have the corner cover but it says it’s a left end cover, called and left msg regarding that as I need two corner covers for now but so far no one has called me back.

As you ordered the wrong part the responsibility is for you to ship this back as per our terms and conditions. We would not send a label if the part ordered was ordered incorrectly by the purchaser.
