Problems with returning never opened parts

I ordered gaskets, and they took a long time to ship. I don't understand why I should pay for express delivery. I decided to return them without opening the box, but they haven't given me any clear answers about returning new, unopened parts. Wait for a decision—it's been two days and no one's responded to my emails.

Expensive & Slow service

Customer service was great in confirming the part fit my freezer. Expensive and slow otherwise. Original order confirmation said it would be delivered in 5 days after they created the tracking number. They didn’t drop off the shipment to UPS for 5 days, so it’s really coming in 10 days.

I have a 30 year old sub zero fridge

I have a 30 year old sub zero fridge, still working great, just needed a new upper door hinge. I had excellent help in finding the right parts. The staff double checked with me, to make sure the door opening etc was correct before I placed the order. Shipped quickly. And now my fridge is like new!

I ordered my part on the 25th of…

I ordered my part on the 25th of February and as far as I know 11 days later it still hasn't shipped. My credit card was charged immediately. There is no phone number anywhere on the website that I could find to contact customer service for a status report on the order

Your order was not shipped because our team was trying to verify part compatibility before sending it. For your model and serial range, there are multiple very similar water valves, and we did not want to ship a part that might be incorrect.

We reached out to request additional information so we could confirm the correct part. Since that confirmation was not completed, we issued a full refund instead of sending a part that may not fit your unit.

Our team is available Monday through Friday and always works to help customers identify the correct part before shipment.

We are sorry again that this experience was frustrating.

Received parts fit as described

Received parts on time as promised - everything fit as described. Very responsive to the questions. I was able to fix my own sub-zero for much less than a service call. My unit is over 25 years old and built in so it would be very expensive to have a new one installed. Glad I was able to postpone that project for a little longer. Hard to find affordable honest service. On a scale of 1-10 thermostat replacement and defroster install was about a 5 and I saved about $2200.00 doing it myself.

Subzero 650 control board replaced.

My 20-plus year old Subzero 650 refrigerator would run continuously. After determining the control board needed replacing, I was happy to find a factory part still available from Subzeroparts. I placed the order and their team verified my needs to ensure the correct part was delivered to me. I installed the new control board and now it works like new!

Good Customer Service

I ordered two bulbs for a Subzero fridge. One of the two bulbs arrived with a broken filament. The support team was very responsive and quickly sent a replacement. The bulbs are packaged in sleeves and wrapped in bubble wrap. They are not in sealed boxes with foam or cardboard protection that you would get with a $5 bulb from Amazon or Home Depot.
