They sent me the wrong part and will…

They sent me the wrong part and will not let me return it. So I just lost $62.00.

We believe that you ordered the wrong part and at no point were you told you couldn't return this. You were sent a return label on Friday Dec 3. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it.

Customer service

Extremely poor customer service. No response from email, no response from calls. I emailed twice with no response.

Edit: i was reached out after this review. I appreciate the response to my concern.

Item shipped to wrong address

Item was shipped to wrong address and it was not an OEM(Samsung Brand) item as listed.

The product we purchased is not what…

The product we purchased is not what they claim it to be. It doesn’t match the discrimination as to what it will fit. Also we can not get an authorization to return it nor can we get anyone to respond to our phone calls and emails.

Hi William,

I am sorry to hear your frustration. The part you ordered is the part that you received. On Sept 30th you were emailed a FedEx return label. A check of that tracking number on Oct 5th shows that you have not sent the part back. As soon as we receive the part you will be refunded in full.

Edit: never mind my order was shipped today but I did wait for a week and I believe I wasn’t notified on why it was getting delayed but now I know
