I ordered a custom ornament for someone…
I ordered a custom ornament for someone I'm sending to as a ornament exchange over seas so I was told 12 business days from order to my door. They are very sporadic on the messages they reply to and don't give full answers or any help. I ordered 11/27/23 and on 12/6 a tracking number showed up on my order stating order shipped. Well it's now the 14th and my package still says waiting for USPS to receive parcel. So I guess they are more of scammers than an actual business. Now I have to find something else to ship over seas and will be very late for Christmas. I had to file a claim through my payment provider for a refund. I'm so unhappy with this scam of a company.
Horrible experience, not satisfied
I placed order and it took forever to get here. The ornament was cheaply made and had false advertising. I am disappointed because I had an mma photo but they cut off the legs on the ornament which is part of the mma fight overall. Not happy and looking to get refund. Already filled out contact form via their text cause I don't have messenger. Still waiting for response.
Dilypod sucks
I ordered a shirt almost two weeks ago and they have not sent it yet... I have no way of reaching them to ask wth is going on and their Messenger chat is a joke, they have my money but no shirt, I'm beginning to think they're a scam operation.

I placed my order almost two weeks ago and I haven't heard back from Dilypod, but after checking around I realized the contact number doesn't exist, nor does their Address jive with their web site. So am I out the 82$? I've filled out their contact form many times without a return. I can't afford this on disability
Order Placed 11/1/23 - Still not Received
I placed an order online 11/1/23 to be given as a birthday gift at the end of Nov. The package shows it was delivered to my place of business, but I never received it. I reached out to the USPS who confirmed that the package was actually lost. I reached out to Dilypod several times and after several attempts, I requested to have the item reshipped to my home. According to the tracking information provided, the USPS has been waiting to pick up the package since 11/23/23. It has been over two weeks and there has not been any movement. I have sent numerous emails and no response. I'm about to contact my bank and have them credit me back for an item I paid for, but have yet to receive. This is bad for business and very poor customer service.

Disappointed!!…
Just received my customized Sherpa blanket to be given as a Christmas gift. Although delivered in a timely manner, extremely disappointed how cheap and flimsy the blanket actually is, more of a wall hanging. Definitely not worth the $80 I paid.

Excellent quality & quick shipping
I ordered two personalized photo ornaments. They turned out fantastic!! I had requested the year be added to them if possible and they did! I can’t wait for my grandchildren to see them! Time from ordering to receiving them was only a couple of weeks, much quicker than I had expected. I have ordered a third as the quality is very good!

Placed an order on October 19. No confirmation email. No tracking number. Nothing. Tried to contact them and can’t get a response. Seems like I’m not the only one dealing with this problem. I just want my money back. Going to have to dispute it through the credit card company I guess.

Ordered a couple of ornaments for my grandkids. Ordered on October 9th, received email that they had shipped with shipping number, USPS has not seen the package yet. I have emailed which came back, did the contact on the website twice with no response. Please either send the money back or send my items
Happy Nonna
I ordered a T-shirt that had the shape of a heart on it the top of the heart I had put the word Nonna and then on the side of the heart list of the names of my grandchildren. The shirt looks so adorable online I received the shirt today and it is perfect. It looks just like the one they showed online all the personalizations were spelled correctly And I think the company did a good job of notifying me via email of the progress of my shipment I give them five stars
Memorial canvas
My memorial canvas is wonderful!! Although communication with the company is pretty much non existent. It was impossible to get a response. I was so stressed my canvas wouldn't arrive by the memorial day. I ordered another one from another company. They were amazing and easy communication.
My experience with Dilypod was positive.
I ordered a personalized ornament awhile ago. When I received it almost one month later, the personalization was wrong. I contacted Dilypod. They corrected the order and I received this one within a week. I am very pleased with my ornament now. The quality is excellent and customer service was quick to send a replacement.
I have yet to get my order!!!!
I placed an order on 9/20, got an email on 9/28 saying it had shipped & had a tracking number. USPS has yet to receive my order to send to me. I have contacted Dilypod via chat and was told their email was invalid. I have yet to speak to someone about where my order is. This is truly horrible. My order was a gift for my sister’s birthday. I want what I paid for!!!!!

Competent Thieves
I completed an Order on September 20, 2023 and Dilypod took my money. To this day September 30, I have yet to hear anything from Dilypod. No confirmation of Order, never responds to their phony chat or by email. This vendor is a scam. Read this before you buy or you will also lose your hard earned money to these scam artists.
