Dignity was arranged to come a collect our beautiful girl Fudge. The collection was arranged from our home after we have to say a very sad goodbye to our girl. David was amazing he was so lovely and respectful of our girl and he didn’t rush us in our goodbyes. Thank you so much for being there at a very difficult time

We sadly lost our beautiful cat Cosmo to a road accident, and we’re completely heartbroken. We’re so glad we heard about Dignity, their staff are so caring and compassionate and completely understand how devastating losing a pet is. All the little touches they offer to remember your pet are so thoughtful. We highly recommend Dignity, and would of given it 10 stars if it had been possible!

We lost our 18 year old terrier who was our loyal companion. During the week JJ was not well I contacted Dignity for information. I was helped by Kate who answered all my questions and took all my details so it would be easier for us when the time came to say good bye to our beloved JJ. We chose to accompany him all the way to the chamber. From the the time we arrived at Dignity till the same day collection of the ashes we only experienced professionalism, care and respect. A special thank you for the kind gentleman who said unforgettable words after he put JJ into the chamber. Loosing a pet is loosing a member of the family but with Dignity you have the support needed. Thank you to all.

I contacted Dignity yesterday as I had my baby girl Ruby put to sleep on Sunday 7th June 2020, Ruby was thirteen and a half years old, we had her at seven weeks old and loved her to bits. Kerry and I chatted via live chat, she answered all of my questions and help me through what I needed to do at this difficult time. With the way things are at the moment we weren’t able to use all of the facilities, but we were happy with how we and Ruby were treated. We said our goodbyes and then collected her ashes three hours later, it was such a comfort to have her back with us so soon. I would highly recommend Dignity Pet Cremation Service.

We’ve used Dignity a few times and we are amazed at how sympathetic and kind they are when there customers are truly grieving. It’s not very often you find that special company that shares your values and helps you make that all important final step in saying goodbye to a beloved member of your family. I happily recommend Dignity to anyone who is going through this process of loss because they fill a huge gap in a market that just didn’t exist and I’m glad my pets who are as important as any of my loved ones have somewhere respectful to go on there final journey.

We've used the services of Dignity twice. Obviously we were really upset, but they COULDN'T HAVE DONE ANYMORE. They were kind, caring, & very compassionate.
A family member, & a neighbour has also used their services.
If our one remaining cat passes away before us, we will be USING their services again. We throughly recommend them.

I’m really sad to think that Dignity has received a disappointing review and my heart goes out to the person who felt this. It’s a really difficult time, losing a beloved pet. I can only assume that it’s the difficult times we all find ourselves in, that, in some way, impacted the review. The service, reassurance and compassion that we were shown in Nov 2018 when we lost our 5 year old , Clyde, another victim of the busy roads, was second to none. Not just the service but continued understanding and support. I would not hesitate ever, in recommending the service and value it greatly. Long may you continue.

I can only say that I have always received a professional kind , and thoughtful service. Especially, that I’m not the easiest of people to deal with.

IT IS A HUGELY DIFFICULT TIME ANYWAY.. With emotions running high .
And to add ..the current situation.

Dignity I’m sure , WOULD ABSOLUTELY TRY THEIR UPMOST.. TO ACCOMMODATE.. AND MAKE THIS TIME .. LESS STRESSFUL THAN IT ALREADY IS..

( you only have to look back on their timeline where they were trying to make temporary changes to an are outside so that they could try and make things respectful for to say goodbye WHILST ALSO TRYING TO FIT IN WITH THE LAW AND ITS GUIDELINES..).

Unfortunately!!!. You cannot please everyone. And again , it is such a shame to hear this has happened.

BUT!!. TRY AND GIVE THEM A CHANCE ..

THEY ARE HUMAN LIKE THE REST OF US ..

AND THEY ARE A FAMILY AND STAFF OF ANIMAL LOVERS ..

SO I AM SURE.. THESE NEW GUIDELINES THEY HAVE TO ADHERE TO ... ARE HURTING THEM TOO .

I have used Dignity Pet Crematorium twice now and received a wonderful service both times . Everyone was kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. You are given all the information you need and no one rushes you you are given time and understanding to say goodbye to your pets Dignity make a very unbearable time more bearable. I have recommended Dignity to my friends and they too were very happy with the service received. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

You have taken care of 3 of my own dogs and a foster dog for us and have always been amazing. The service you provide is incredible and the difference it makes knowing the compassion and love that you give to every pet that comes through the doors is unmeasurable. I have always paid in advance and would expect nothing less. Your staff help to make a dreadful and emotional day just that little bit easier to bear.

I can’t thank Dignity enough for everything they did for my boy, the care and the love was felt throughout from the first phone call to the day we collected him.

I was so distraught when my boy died suddenly Dignity Pet Cremation did everything I requested and more ..my boy was collected and cared for with the upmost respect I wanted him cremated by himself which is the normal practice I collected him and brought him home I will forever be grateful to them for their care and attention they paid to my boy he deserved the best he got the best...I would highly recommend them to anyone going through such sad time Thank you to all concerned very much appreciated

I could not fault the whole team at dignity this week . they have all been amazing. from initial phone call , to receiving our beloved cat back home , I couldn't ask for better . sympathetic , knowledgeable and friendly staff have made this time so much easier to get through . I would not hesitate to recommend dignity for your pets final journey

We sadly lost our beautiful, cherished little girl Holly a few days ago and whilst it was expected both myself and my husband found the experience painful because she was such a big part of our lives. I remember bringing her home when she was just 8 weeks of age just before Christmas and from that moment our lives changed for the better, probably more chaotic with her cheeky antics but she was perfect in every way.

Having to say goodbye to her, therefore,11 years later was extremely difficult and equally difficult was the decision on how to give her the send-off she so rightly deserved. However, we can honestly say that from the initial conversation with Dignity Pet Crematorium we knew we had made the right choice for our beloved dog. We opted for a same day cremation to minimise the time spent apart from her and on arrival was able to say a final farewell to our little girl. It meant so much to have that opportunity prior to her cremation because our journey with her had been an emotional experience and whilst the coronavirus restrictions had meant the normal farewell room was unavailable, they knew how important this was to the many pet parents and had created an undercover outdoor space specifically for this purpose.

The lady we met was extremely considerate and understanding of our needs due to the loss of our cherished companion. Whilst it was difficult to let her go, we knew she was going to be in good hands and the memorial garden was a welcome sight at such a difficult time. We chose to have Holly's ashes returned in the spaniel bronze effect dog casket and we weren't disappointed. Whilst we weren't brave enough to open the box whilst on site, we were very pleased with our choice when we eventually opened the box at home and felt it reflected our little girl perfectly.

Thank you so much for the compassion shown to us during such a difficult time and whilst our pain is still difficult to cope with sometimes, we know we took Holly to the right place both for her and us. I'm so glad we found such a caring, professional and compassionate pet crematorium.

I made the decision to take my cat to Dignity which I am so glad I did. His sudden passing has been hard, but from the first call to the drop off today has been handled with care and compassion (with a big hug at a time I really needed it). Will be forever grateful for their compassion and support. Goodnight sweet Diesel, until we meet again ❤️xxx

I loved my dog as if he was my son but I know some people don't get this type of bond so I was a bit wary when I went there as I thought I would look silly getting so emotional about my dog in front of strangers. But I have been moved from the understanding of all the people working there.
I chose the same day attended cremation and there hasn't been one detail neglected. They care for you in every aspect. They don't rush you in any way. You're basically in charge of everything and they're so professional in knowing what to ask, when to ask and how you would like things done.
There isn't one question you can't ask them as they would answer with the most outright respect.
I would like in particolar to thank the technician that took care of cremating my dog: he let me inspect the chamber and asked me if I was happy with it and also asked me if I wanted to say anything before the cremation but I couldn't bring myself to say anything so he asked if he could say something himself but I told him he didn't have to but when he proceeded to place my dog into the chamber he said few words of blessing; a very nice gesture that really touched me.
If you can't chose the attended ceremony for any reason, I can say after meeting the staff, you can 100% trust these people as I am sure even if you can't be physically there, they are honest people and would treat the body of your loved animal with respect as it was the body of a real person.
I know it's their work but from the way they carry on their job it shows they really believe in what they're doing whether it is because they love animals too or simply because they have the most outright respect and understanding for your feelings. At the end of the day the all process is for us to try to cope with the pain as I know the soul of my dog is not in his body anymore or maybe we do it because in the back of our mind we think if they're watching us, they can see we loved them and paid respect to their body.
I was lucky it took me 40 minutes drive to get there from where I live but, knowing now how they operate, if I would have had to drive 5 hours I would have.
Lastly the place is absolutely beautiful, it is surrounded from nature and I am happy to know that a small part of my dog, which went with the fumes, is in that beautiful place.
So if you're reading this to make your mind up don't have any doubt in choosing dignity.

We sadly lost our family dog recently due to cancer and I discovered Dignity through google. I contacted them and they were really helpful and answered all the questions we had. We had him cremated and the service from when we walked through the door till we took his ashes home the same day was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend them and will go there again if we ever need to. The staff are all so respectful and kind.

I previously worked in the veterinary industry and have seen first hand how some other pet cremation companies handle the pick-up etc. behind the scenes compared to Dignity's careful and respectful handling of the pets they collect. For this reason I knew that when we'd eventually be in need of cremation services that we'd be calling on Dignity ourselves.
When our little rabbit passed recently we found Dignity to be very compassionate, helpful, transparent and efficient. They hadn't worked with our vet before but arranged pick-up with the vet directly and informed us when our boy was in their care. The whole process was very easy and everybody I spoke with was lovely. We knew our little one was in good hands and Dignity really helped to ease a very upsetting situation. Thank you so much.
