Having used Lambert Animal Care for my dog Fred Lambert also took Misty to Dignity for me as I was too distressed to go myself. They were amazing and phoned me back when I could speak to them without crying too much. Nothing was too much trouble and they talked me through the process. I felt at peace knowing she was treated with great care and cremated with someone present.

Yesterday 10/03/23 we had to make the hardest decision and put our Brunel to sleep. Brunel had developed an aggressive tumour in his leg and went down hill very fast. Considering he was out running with the wife a lot and myself at times when I could run.

I spoke to Dignity over the phone several times making the arrangements and every member of staff that I had spoken to were excellent. I kept it together when I rang but as I type this it is hard. We know Brunel will be looked after here until he is cremated and we are thankful for this. Brunel has will be going to meet our other pets over that rainbow along with some of his personal items that we left with him. I have never felt so much sorrow or gut wrenching sadness at the loss of our beloved 7yr old dog Nula. She was so fit and out of the blue developed an aggressive cancer that took her in a month. The staff at Dignity answered all our questions and more. We're so helpful and understanding. I was able to see Nula right to the end and they let me get so involved in her final send off. Special thanks to Lisa, Lauren, Laura, the Cremator Ryan and finally to Emma who put the ashes into a ring for me. I can't thank them enough. The have surpassed everything I have heard about Dignity.

What an amazing place...
I'm so glad my Harvey was taken here. They really was patient and informative and as I couldn't be there they reassured me on Harvey's final journey.I also made some personal requests and nothing was too much. I would recommend this service if you want to feel safe in the knowledge that Love and care has been taken for your pets .

Last week was the second time I have used the services of this compassionate and dedicated team following the loss of a beloved canine companion - the first time was in 2008. Still the same personal service from a family-run business, but with different staff than the previous time. I chose another attended cremation, where you can stay with your friend until after the door closes and a (optional) blessing/prayer is said before the cremation. All beautifully handled from the initial phone call, to being greeted at the door, shown to an individual 'goodbye' room, then the cremation, through to the collection of the ashes the same day. I can't thank the people at Dignity enough for the very existence of this wonderful place and the tender, professional service they offer.

The Loss of my Bassett Hound Rudi hit me very hard we had been together 9 years and he was my constant friend. Dignity - Lisa, Charlotte, Lainey and Will made his funeral so special. The customer service I received was the best I have ever had from any business in my whole life.

We came to use Dignity again after the loss of our beloved dog Alice. Yet again they were outstanding. Every member of staff involved showed so much empathy, love and respect. The kindness shown from the moment we made that call through to when they collected our baby girl from our home meant we could give Alice the send off she deserved. The services they offered helped us to honour Alice and thank her for her loyalty and love. It meant so much to our family, it’s helped us with the grieving process. We can’t thank them enough. The grounds are so serene and the prayer they said before sending Alice to the Rainbow Bridge was truly beautiful.

It was the hardest of the hard days for us. We had our lab (Betty) euthanised in the morning in London, and drove to Dignity following her “procedure” at the vet. When we got to Dignity we received nothing other than love, care, understanding and “dignity” for Betty. Thank you so much. Although the day was horrendous, with many tears and much sadness, you were a little ray of sunshine.

I called on Monday - in fear that you would not be able to accommodate Betty’s cremation on Tuesday, as I needed to finish her pain. You showed nothing but kindness and sympathy. From the moment I called, to helping me collect her from my car, onto her little stretcher, preparing her & the room for our last “visit” and giving us privacy to say our goodbyes. She was treated with so much dignity and I cannot thank you enough.

I love the fact that you are a family business, and you continue to honour the wishes of your parents, the founders. They must be very proud of you, and of your team.

Could not of asked for a better service , the vet was very professional, reassuring, dignified, nothing was to much trouble at our upsetting time ,there was on rush , you were amazing ,thank you so much would highly recommend.

Last week we had to use this service for beautiful boy Marley which absolutely broke our hearts loosing our beloved dog, They was amazing and helped me through everything with preparation for his last moments and was very kind and caring .I was Very grateful for there help and I would highly recommend them for there great service .

I lost my fur baby boy ❤️Coccie❤️ (Over 5 years ago) and my fur baby girls ❤️Kiki and Mimi❤️ (3.3.22 and 6.8.22) this experience absolutely broke my heart, it was one of the most painful life journeys I had to take.
But, I’m extremely great full for Dignity, the were absolutely amazing, all the way, even though I really struggled to be separated from my baby’s, this place actually made me feel like they were completely safe there and were well look after, with lots of love and care, I honestly couldn’t do it without you guys, knowing that place like yours exist makes this horrendous experience more manageable. Thank you for everything, we are forever greatful❤️❤️❤️.

We can't even begin to thank dignity pets enough for all their support, kindness, sympathy, generosity, patience and their understanding that they have shown us in what has been an awfully sad and heartbreaking time for all of our family.
Every single person I have spoken to in regards to Bruce's cremation, right down to the gentleman who greeted us upon his collection to come back home were just so lovely. Every question I had was answered and nothing I asked of them was a problem at all, they gave me so much reassurance about the whole cremation process, Including the warmth I felt within my heart when I was told he was in his own little bed. I found this to be very sweet indeed.
The service they have provided to us is absolutely outstanding.

I couldn’t have wished for better for my dear little dog Didi, they are all so kind and friendly and do everything they can to meet your needs. I hated leaving my little girl there but I whole heartedly knew she was in safe hands and they would look after her.

Dignity Pet Crematorium is brilliant. They have a wide and appropriate range of ways to memorialise your pet which I loved, such as jewellery with the print of your pet's actual paw print etc. I chose to have paw and nose prints done of our pet and due to the prints being sent to me as a scan, they initially appeared unsatisfactory. I messaged Dignity and they were very obliging and did exactly as I asked. I asked if they could use more ink and cover more of our pet's nose and they did so and I was extremely happy with the result. Despite having implied that I was happy to go ahead with the cremation by that point, they assured me that they had not cremated her body when I asked for more prints and then confirmed over the phone if I was then happy for her to be cremated. I also loved that they use "inkless ink" which means there is no residue left on our pet. Her precious noes remained clean. They simple use something that reacts with special paper. Throughout they were extremely kind, supportive and gentle. Nothing was too much for them. I went back and forth in my mind trying to decide what I wanted and which paws I wanted prints of and despite changing my mind several times it was no problem. When I wanted the extra nose prints they texted me directly and even tried to call me so they could get straight to it and find out exactly what I wanted. They called me up to confirm everything before proceeding and were considerate of the pain we were going through at the time. They even sent us a condolence card with our names and our pet's name. Their normal policy is to request people to come down to their location to pick up paw casts and resin casts, but I simply requested that they send it to us and they did so at no extra charge, by registered mail. They warned me that they would do their best to minimise any damage to the casts in transit but they could not guarantee it, but the items arrived in pristine condition without a scratch, because they wrapped it in bubble wrap and squishy material etc. I am fully satisfied with the quality of everything I bought. The casts are beautiful and show every detail of our pet's paw. They also reassured me throughout that our pet's ashes etc were genuinely those of our pet. They read the worries of my mind and reassured me. They are a perfect company, their values they state on their website are genuinely how they treat customers. Thank you Dignity.

The whole team at Dignity have been absolutely amazing start to finish. When our Delta passed away, we knew we wanted to give her the best send-off. Dignity had given us the opportunity to do that, as well as being sympathetic, understanding and they treated us like their own family. The attended cremation we have chosen to do was beautiful, and has given us the chance to say goodbye properly. We are very grateful for the service that was provided to us, and have recommended Dignity to friends and family who have lost their beloved pets in the weeks after we lost our Delta. Thank you to the whole team at Dignity, you are a bunch of amazing individuals, with big hearts, we cannot praise you enough.

I previously had a cat who had been dealt with through dignity so I knew when our poor little muffin had met her end they were the best option to go for. We had her held at a vets until we could finalise booking her in. We went with the same day option as we wanted her home and safe as soon as we could. Our experience has been second to none with Lisa. She was incredibly kind and respectful and made sure they would try to complete all our wishes. Unfortunately they had been unable to do a nose print but we didn't expect it would happen due to the damage on muffin's face. We were given 3 paw prints in the end as it was a struggle to get a nice one of the front two. We have a lovely selection of the clippings as we requested. Unsure if she would be okay to view we asked if it was possible to see her tail again and Lisa kindly bought her out on a basket which definitely hit us in the feelings as muffin had been respectfully presented. We were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes and a few last strokes.

The whole experience has been lovely and we're so happy to get muffin home with us again.

We (me and my partner) have used Dignity several times in the past and when that times comes we will be in the future.
Being a northerner (East Manchester) I had never heard of this service, so when we lost our first pet it was nice that we found Dignity.
I have a hard time dealing with death and the aftermath so I can’t handle the whole saying goodbye before the cremation, but wow Dignity are so professional and understanding and the entire service provided is top notch. A bit pricey for me, but that’s the northern in me. I guess having a single cremation takes the whole cost a lot higher and it is a unique business. But we can’t thank Dignity enough. Over the last 10-12 years we have been using their services we have not had a single bad experience. We visit every third week in October to pay our respects to all our pets who are no longer with us and walk around the gardens which are beautifully kept.
We can’t think of any other company we would want to deal with our needs.

I can not describe how amazing Dignity are! From the moment I spoke to them I knew Dooney was in the best hands possible! The care and attention taken to listening to my requests and taking me through the process was second to none! They treated him like one of the family and honestly I can not thank them enough for all they did to make this experience that little bit more bearable and less daunting than i imagined it would be! Thank you!!

Last year on the 25th August I lost my 11 year old Border Collie, Becky. Dignity were incredible. The first phone call to discuss what I wanted they were so patient and explained the whole process very well. I was bought so much comfort knowing when she was in their care and knowing she was being looked after now that I couldn't anymore. The staff were great and so helpful. I would never use anyone else now and I'm so thankful they helped me and my girl the way they did.

A huge thank you to Dignity for their outstanding service . A week ago we sadly had to use them for the first time and were so impressed with they way they looked after our beloved cat Teddy . He was a pure white cat so we chose the white coco urn for him and it couldn't be more perfect . The lovely caring manner of the staff from the first phone call, the attention to detail when placing his urn and other items in the Dignity bag and the lovely message the van driver left on my phone to let me know Teddy was back at our vet's so that we could collect him , was outstanding. Thank you all so much , you all did Teddy proud . We will always be grateful to you for the great care you took of him , it's very much appreciated.
