This service is horrible. Customer service non-existent paid for 3 devices and can only use 1 trying to get my money back but can't talk to anyone and they dont answer e-mails total bullshit

Not good
Commicating with Digitalizard was a dreadful experience ! Used Whatsapp and found long long delays is getting replies ! However got there in the end .
my login details email went straight to spam so partly my fault ! Initial experience when I finally got the service was that it was good but that was short lived as my login details were not accepted days later ! Still waiting for it to be resolved !
My advice is steer clear !

I too subscribed to This service a couple of days ago and they processed my payment and then all went quiet. These guys are crooks and I’ve already reported them to my credit card company for a refund. Don’t waste your time, aggravation and money. There are better options out there.

DL has been incredibly reliable from the get-go. With their excellent service and extensive channel selection, I'm a happy customer who can't help but renew my subscription. It's the best choice for IPTV, and their prices are unbeatable!

Very good streaming, non exist ant customer service
Very good IPTV streaming service. However, customer service is non responsive. They do not answer email or WhatsApp inquiries. Its a shame because the service has great potential.

Is this company digitalizard.com real or scam?
I wanted to subscribe. I wrote to them about some questions, including trial, to both their Whatsapp and Email, a few times.
There is no response for over a week! If they are so bad in pre-sales support, what would it be if service is bad or you want refund!
Seems like there is NO customer service.
If they are legit, I challenge the positive reviewers to provide some answers and details.

Flawless streaming
After a few initial delays, my service was started and has worked flawlessly since. CS has been extremely responsive to my questions on WhatsApp. Very pleased and highly recommend DL.

Great service, great value
Started watching Digital lizard a couple months ago. Definitely has a lot selection of channels. The service is great. I have had no complaints and have recently renewed for another three months. I can’t help but support them. Great IPTV provider. Also, definitely the prices right!

SCAM ALERT - BE WARNED
Watch out people, this is a SCAM. The promised service is completely unusable with 99% of content unplayable, i.e. can't connect, timeouts, buffering (if you're lucky enough to get that far). ZERO customer service, no communication at all and I am sure I won't bet getting the refund I requested either.
