Actually less than a star...they are scammers....the trial mode works perfect but when you actually buy their service nothing works...probably fake username and password provided...or a fake host/URL.....support department sucks....they ask you to buy their VPN service....JUST DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM......YOU WILL JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY....

Glad I only tried a 1 month trial run with this Scam! After going back and forth too many times trying to acquire login credentials gave up with this offering. Don't waste your time with this one.

Constantly down, lots of buffering even with a 65MB connection. Unable to log in at times. Customer service is awful, generic response "turn your router off and on again" Glad I only paid for a month. It's cheap for a reason.

I just want to say that I am so glad I checked in with Trust Pilot as I had read Troypoints glowing review on this company and then saw Trust pilots reviews. I came so close to trying them you probably saved me money and a lot of grief with this company. Thank you.

Good channels. Worst service ever..
No communication, doesn't answer emails, wait for days when the site says instant. Would love to like these guys but they are just clowns. Don't waste your time

Wish I had read all these review before subscribing. Bought a 1 yr, 1 conn plan. Lots of stop and go's, and buffering. My 5th iptv service. Thought I found a deal. NOT!!

24 hours later and service is still not on!!!???

horrible is about the only adequate description. forget their self-review about uptime. constant buffering is what you get, especially for sports. there's no issue resolution ever provided. tickets opened on the website are never acknowledged.

Took hours after payment, and a number of open tickets, to get login credentials.
Their chat is non existent, only an automated template response

1 star as I subscribed for 1 year 3 connection (highest paid option), and I did not receive my credential to actually use the IPTV service.
It has been more than 24hours since I paid, and no further emails other than "order complete" I got immediately.
Do not use this site as they do not reply to tickets or chat support

Had same experience as others - absolutely NO RESPONSE from emails. I renewed, paid and then nothing. Troypoint should not be recommending these scammers.
DO NOT USE THIS IPTV!!!!!!!!

There is a lot of buffing hard to watch any programs it happens everyday

Stay away from these fraudsters , purchased 3 months as it was cheap should've known better, after paying for the service the first evening was grand but the last 3 days I have not been able to use it , I've sent 3 emails to them with no correspondence as of yet , they'll take your money quick enough , you've been warned!!

They took the money and service doesn't work...url provided does not work, there are no answer to emails...this is a scam.

I purchased digital lizard in December 2023 and I have not been able to use it yet. I attempted to chat with them and they asked me to fill out a ticket. So I filled out the ticket and no one has not responded back to me.

I ordered service for 1 month and it worked but when it came time to renew, I renewed for 3 months. They took my money and my service hasn't been renewed. The chat bot is worthless and their "new" ticketing system doesn't get answered. Customer service for these people is non-existent, 2 stars is being generous and only because I was at least able to get 1 month out of them...STAY CLEAR and don't always listen to Troypoint reviews about IPTV services

I wish had seen the reviews here before I jumped in hastily.

I bought the package, got the email with username, and was able to reset the password -- but I have not received any update on the URL connection.

Bottom line - I cannot log in - it's been 2 hours - I created a ticket - no email about ticket creation or ticket status update, I am in a hung position.

The service is crap - no way to connect or even chat with a real person - chat is completely AI-driven.

Look elsewhere - don't waste your peace, time, and energy during the holidays on this.

Do what you say you will do activate subscriptions in minutes not hours. The only means of contact is a chat bot Which tells you to open a contact ticket with is never answered. Don't use this company there are better ones out there.

I concur Richard’s comment. There is an effective service, rather an average/poor quality (frequent cuts) but above all no client service at all. I would not recommend the service.
