Zero stars, avoid this scam at all costs.
The log in credentials they sent me were bogus. I was never able to login in. I sent several tickets asking for help. When they did not respond I asked for a refund several times & again, no response.
Once they have your money you will never hear from them again and you will not get thr service they promised
Another IPTV scam.

ZERO STARS! AVOID AT ALL COST. There is a reason it's so cheap, IT'S CRAP!
Customer service is non-existent, the codes they provide do not work & they do not acknowledge any "ticket" you send for help.
No refund for service that doesn't work. Just another IPTV SCAMMER.

Update August 31/ 2024- So if you're looking for support or a reply they are awful. The iptv is working a lot better with vpn. Without vpn for me it did not work. But i had to figure it all out. there are also way to many channels you don't need and took 2 days for them to fix. Their responses are extremely slow.

i only got a month but calling credit card company to get a refund

purchased 3 lines for 6 months....after few hours they send me the credentials and it's work. But I don't have serie TV. It's different from the trial.

Thank goodness I only purchased a month subscription!! Poor quality movies with ads and subtitles!!! REFUND!!!

Wish I had read this site first. Got scammed too. Wired money and then they dont reply anymore and never got my account .

Digitallizard is a scam. Please do not waste your money. The free trial gives you access to hundreds of channels, series and movies but after you subscribe that all disappear.

There should be a sub-zero star rating available. What a bunch of scammers......clever.....the TRIAL worked great for 2 hours, then nothing once a package is purchased. What a bunch of cheats!!! Shocking. Have complained to PAYPAL and CANCELLED the transaction with my CC. What a shame.

UPDATE.....

Suddenly received Log in details many hours after purchase.......currently operational as was the trial. Will update shortly on the service but good right now!!! Thank you!

Still working......hurray!

I've buy just one connection, to try it out. First two days I couldn't watch a single channel. I've written to cs and they gave me anoder address to try...even worst ! Now, after a week, I can see, some channels, not all, but im cut off every 10/20 minuts. Every 10/20 minuts it start downloading and update the list of channels.
Well it seam like I've been their customer before close I have a fav list. I guess that they'r old name whas PRTV Media, where I had the same problem and ,who cut me off close they where unable to fix it.

worked ok until it didn't.
had to contact them via their ticket system
No reply, no fix, had to subscribe to another provider to see the programs I wished to watch

Fake dont give my order and say always to cantact with this email nothing happened. Stay away from this company is fake and spam

Buffering, buffering, and buffering!! Stay away had it for one month!

Big Mistake no credentials no customer support response. Did 1 year subscription as i thought it to be a trustworthy website. The ticket system is worse, no response from them ones payment is accepted.

No good, a lot of hassle to get my code, constant buffering. Signed up for a month then 2 weeks later told me my code is about to expire and i should renew. Sent them a copy of my receipt. Site is down for maintenance and then some other site pops up. Go elsewhere people.

Same as a lot of other 1 stars out there! Constant buffing!lol Don't even know if it is digitalizard cause doesn't say anything like that any where! Don't get it! I have 2 accounts and will not have it when year is up!

I've had no issues. I signed up, paid a ridiculously low price for 3 months, hooked up with tivimate and aside from some buffering on live TV, I can't complain. Not for the price I paid anyway.

dont use this service they charge u and never worked i have to complain to my credit card company

If I could select zero I would. Free trial worked great for two hours. Then they charged my credit card twice and sent no credentials. Zero customer support. Unreachable. I’ll let the credit card company chase them.

Not sure why the horrible reviews. I’ve been using Digitalizard for a while now and I’ve had no issues. Yes sometimes it buffers but it’s not too bad. I just renewed my subscription to 1 year and I have no complaints. There are worse companies out there.
