I’m giving 3 stars for Digital Tec based on a mix of experiences. On the positive side, they offer good prices, and delivery was timely for some items like remotes or phones designed for elderly users, which were appreciated by my family. However, communication and customer service seem lacking. For instance, wrong items being sent or receiving generic products instead of advertised ones were frustrating, and refunds or resolutions take too long. It’s a mixed bag—hit or miss depending on the order.

Great value phone at a competitive price
The phone from Digital Tec is a great value phone aimed at elderly people. I bought it for my Dad who struggles with ordinary smart phones. All he needs is a simple, easy to use phone with large buttons. The price is very competitive indeed and the product arrived within a few days of ordering. Very satisfied indeed. Thank you!

We understand your frustration but it would have been appreciated if you could have allowed us to try and rectify the problem before submitting this review as it can have a detrimental affect on a small business.

Ordered an I phone they sent me a Apple watch, this was wednesday returned to them and received by them on friday now a week later they have decided that it will take 3-5 days to "put back in the system" and a further 3-5 days for the refund.
Not a normal watch and not a BIG BUTTON PHONE
THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT THEY SENT WRONG ITEM
Now I have to wait almost 2 weeks for my refund - terrible customer services......

Hi, We do not sell any Apple devices, watches or phones. You have sent this review to the wrong company.
It would be appreciated if you could check what company you placed your order for an I phone with and perhaps send your review to them.
These kind of mistakes in reviews can have a very detrimental effect on small businesses like ours.

I paid for a cello remote ...the image…
I paid for a cello remote ...the image displayed matches my old remote. I paid £19.99 for it then when it arrives I get a generic remote that doesn't allow me to access the smart features or use the mouse.
If I wanted a generic remote, I could have bought one for half that price in the shop next door.
Very poor.

We are sorry that you didn’t get in touch with us regarding the issue you were having prior to placing your Trustpilot review as we would have been more than happy to help you.
To allow us to deal with the issue, please can we ask you to send us a photo of the remote control that we have sent you to check that we have sent the correct one as per your order.
Cello Electronics have updated the SFS remote control so it is no longer a rounded shaped one, it is a rectangle and it is not a generic remote as it is only suitable for certain TV's.
Please can you also let us know the model number of the TV that you wish to use the remote control with and also if you inserted the Dongle that comes with the remote control into the TV and paired the remote control with it?
Once we are in receipt of the photo and requested details, we will then be able to advise you.

You are of course welcome to return the phone to us by posting back to our address enclosing a note of your name, order number and reason for the return. Once it is back with us we will then arrange for your order to be refunded.
