Brought an Iphone wouldn't charge and had green lines while watching videos. Sent phone back haven't heard anything from the company just get an automated reply.

I bought a refurbished Galaxy S23 from this company on Amazon. It was scratched and I couldn't get into it. I arranged a return and I was sent all over the place. Believe me this company is one of dozens run by the same group of people. I believe this is a tax avoidance network. They change name all the time. This time when Amazon directed me to the phone, the seller had changed to HM Mobiles!!! This company was dissolved by Companies House in 2021. Thankfully Amazon refunded my money.
They had harrassed me through Amazon messenger so were asked not to contact me again. Lo and behold they contacted me at the end of April, saying their technicians couldn't get into the phone, that they were going to return it and recharge my card. It has all been reported to Amazon.
I urge people to be very very careful, they ARE scammers who will make any refund difficult. If you buy on Amazon marketplace, you are covered by Amazon's guarantee and you'll be refunded

Bought an iPhone 16 which was meant to be in excellent condition. When it arrived I'd say it was 'Fair' condition. Dent on the bottom (shows it'd be dropped) and chips all around the sides. Quality was nowhere near what I paid for. I've used other refurb companies before and wish I'd not tried Digital Techno. Don't waste your time or money.

My mum ordered an Apple 8 watch. It wasn't that cheap, but the battery is poor for this series and age. It doesn't last a day and requires 2 hours to charge. We've only noticed all these negative reviews since the purchase. Ideally we would like our money back but the reviews seem to suggest if we send the watch back we won't get a refund and will have no watch to show for it. How do these people get away with it!

Brought off Amazon but can't figure out how to leave a review there. Got a Apple watch series 10 and its mint.ordered it on saturday and postie delivered it sunday which is wasn't expecting. Had to message them as i forgot my password and couldn'yt work out how to change it andhtey was sound had it sorted in 10mins

I purchased a Samsung s23. Listed as LIKE NEW. It arrived covered in marks and scratches all over the screen and sides. Poor condition. They do not care about there customers and do not help In anyway. Do not buy from this company you will be very disappointed. I was offered a refund of £10 and I originally paid £280. Absolute scammers. This is no way to treat genuine paying customers. Purchased from digital techno ltd. They also sell on amazon and Ebay. Do not buy from them you will not be happy. They are THIEVES

Phone arrived and wasn’t working. I sent it back at a cost to me. No communication or response from seller. Tried via different channels. Phone number on their website is out of order. No response to emails. A google search gives a mobile number, when I rang it the person answered had no idea their number was assigned as the contact number for organisation. He said he worked there and that he would look in to my return. He didn’t. I had to call Amazon and escalate the situation to them and show proof of delivery to get a refund from them. Check there trust pilot reviews all really poor for returns and communication.

Brought a Samsung s20 fe via amazon. Arrived none working and wasn't even packaged correctly to protect it during postage. I'm now having to return at my expense and wait on a refund and this process could take upto a month! Everywhere I've gone I've seen nothing but bad reviews now. I wish Amazon would post bad reviews and not just the good ones!

I don't understand the negative reviews - we've always had a great experience with Digital Techno!

We buy regularly for our employees, and have never had a problem. Every order has been delivered next day and is exactly as its described.

Can onl ypresume that people aren't reading the actual descriptions of the conditions. We've always bought excellent or 'good' and as they're refurbished we expect there to be signs of use. Good condition is obviosuly more worn than excellent, but they're perfectly good and since we provide all phones to staff inside a protective case, a few scuffs or light marks aren't a problem.

Absolute value for money here!

Sells items as good condition, they then arrive with cracked trackpads and screen surrounds. More like poor condition. They then don't give you a full refund. Avoid like the plague.

Apple watch advertised as waterproof.
Got splashed (slightly).
Stopped working.
Sent it back.

I sent my Apple Watch back within the warranty period because the face came away from the base and a month later I have no watch and no refund. Do not use this company

Bought a “very good” Apple Watch for my son’s 11th birthday, advertised as 80% battery health, set it up 69% battery and heavily scratched. Returns as requested, no refund as I asked for, no replacement item, 6 weeks later I’m now out of pocket and no item. MR MURRY FROM WALES IS A CROOK AND A THEIF. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND SELLER

Bought an Apple Watch via Groupon. Arrived with 78% battery capacity, with the charge depleting every 15 minutes. Returned, they replaced it with another watch with 74% battery capacity where the charge completed depleted within a few hours. They are now ignoring us. I will be taking this to groupon, trading standards etc etc. I honestly can’t stand people who sell faulty goods to the trusting general public.

Brought a Phone via Amazon noted as good. Its awful scratches ans markings on both side of Phone . Can i ger in touch with them...No ..emailed called nothing !! Im surprised Amazon allows them to trade via them which surprised bad customer Care and products

I bought a Samsung galaxy S9 at the end of January 2025the screen got broken and I returned it in February 2025 for repair I was giving a price of £50 I pay £79 for it and it will come up to £129 not happy with the price I have been messaging whatsapp for Wowcher customer service it is now it's going to for months it's July 21 2025 and I have not received the phone back or repair or refund not happy with all the time I have it his taking so please don't get anything from Wowcher

Bought an Apple Watch SE for a good price on Amazon.
Neither of the buttons work as they should and the battery is garbage. Advertised with a nice strap, the cheapest garbage sent with the watch.
Spent a week trying to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation, they ignored me.
Do not buy from this company.
