Poor Communication and Concerns About Website Access

recently ordered a pair of AirPods from this website. Initially, I didn’t receive any tracking information, so I emailed them — and to their credit, they did respond with tracking details about an hour later.

However, since then I’ve tried reaching out again for an update on my order and to ask why their website has suddenly become inaccessible. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response at all.

This lack of communication is really disappointing, especially after spending £59.49 I’m now left unsure about the status of my order and unable to access the site for further information. I hope this gets resolved, but right now I can’t recommend ordering from them. Edit-They have now randomly refunded my money but have not replied to any of my emails

Company does not send emails on delivery or any updates on the product they advertised,had 0 updates on my order and doesnt allow me to click whatsapp to give a message.

Gone out of business

This company won’t respond to you - no response by email , MOBILE phone : note no office number listed , what looks like a home address as a business.
I’ve had to put a claim into my bank as this business is non responsive.
They do NOT sell refurbish Apple products either. Do not buy from these people. You won’t get your money back or your product ordered.

Shady company

Shady company. Ordered AirPods a few weeks back, received no confirmation email. They arrived and I wanted to return them. So i emailed to ask them to send my confirmation email for a return to take place, they said they have. They didn’t. I checked my spam and junk 100 times but nothing. Just send the email pls it’s not that hard, so i can get my refund. Stay clear from this company!

Company ignoring emails (want a refund)

I ordered AirPods for my husbands birthday, they pretty much reassured me that it has been dispatched and I’ll receive it within 1-2 days. Have not received it and my husband birthday has now passed. There was good correspondence on the first day but when I started requesting tracking information and then subsequently requested a refund on this item, they chose to ignore all my messages and emails.
I have requested a refund from them twice now and emailed them but they are ignoring my messages.
The AirPods have also been reconditioned using parts from ASPOR which I wasn’t aware of when I made the purchase, had I known this I would have never bought the item.

Please respond back to my emails about arranging a return and getting my money refunded.

Satisfactory

After a poor start, the transaction was completed succesfully . The refurbished Airbus arrived safely and are exactly as advertused.

BEWARE SLOW POSTAGE.
I ordered some Air Pods from Primephone4u
10 days ago and therefore missed my sons birthday. I’m still waiting for them.
