Complete Let Down
Visited the farm recently and loved it. The online shop is a total let down. I placed and order on April 6th. After two weeks I emailed and messaged on messenger to find out when it would be dispatched and got no response. Customer service is non existent. On Monday April 24th 2023 I emailed and said I would be disputing the charge with my credit card provider if I didn't get an update by the end of this week. On Monday evening I got an email notifying me that my order had been dispatched and I received it this morning. Definitely not worth the wait!! The tshirts are very poor quality and very disappointing. I think the xxl tshirt for my husband is going to look like a crop top! I stupidly paid £9.99 for a wooden spoon which I bet didn't cost 50p! The knitted hat is very small and thin. The only thing I'd buy again is the cap. That seems pretty good quality. The fact that you can't leave reviews on the website says it all. Very disappointed.

What a rip off !
Ordered a T shirt for a gift. cost just over £30 in the end . the quality is quite honestly the worst I have seen. Incredibly thin fabric, and badly made. Even had a paint ‘splot’ on the collar
Just thrown in a plastic mailing bag so looked like a dish rag too!

Placed an order over 5 weeks ago. I’ve emailed at least 6 times to ask for an update because the tracking app has been saying “in transit” the entire time.
Finally got an email response about a week ago saying that it will arrive. Asked for a refund because it’s so late it’s no longer even required - it was for a birthday present. No response. Followed up again, demanding a refund. Again, no response.
It’s Unacceptable and disgusting to allow people to order from a website that clearly has stock issues. Communicate with your customers or take your website down. Stop scamming people into spending their hard earned money on a whole bunch of NOTHING and wasting their precious time chasing you down on how to competently run an online retail site.

Have requested a refund- they bloody well better not hold back the postage costs as this would be totally fraudulent as they haven’t posted anything!

I ordered gin via their online shop. Their terms and conditions state that all orders are dispatched within five working days of ordering.
I waited 15 days and still no sign of my gin being dispatched so I requested a refund.
With no apology they refunded me the cost of the item, but they refuse to refund me the postage cost (which was nearly £4).
So it's cost me £4 for absolutely nothing!?

Ordered on-line paid £10 yes £10 for delivery yet still turned up late. Tiny candles about 1"x2"; 2 bags of coffee enough for about 2 pots in each total bill £63 now that smells of a "rip off" not someones boll*cks!! I couldn't recommend the products or service which is a shame as I enjoyed the programme but the products don't do justice to the hype created....

We went to the physical farm and arrived 10 minutes before it opened. We queued for over 3 hours. There was nothing to keep you entertained for the 3 hours and many parents left. When we FINALLY got into the shop it was a shambles. No fresh food to speak of, the t-shirts were carelessly flung everywhere (as a result my son got the wrong size and didn’t realise until we got home). Essentially my advice, go, have you photo taken at the site then purchase, if you must, from the website.

Very over priced and not really worth queuing for the shop experience as there is bigger all in there apart from overpriced merchandise ie a jar of honey £12.80 a candle an inch high and about 2inches wide £22.50 and £3 for a jam doughnut 3hrs in the queue my advice would be the pop up shop queue which is still about 45min nothing else there to do
