Diamond Pest Control were brilliant
Diamond Pest Control were brilliant. They gave a thorough inspection so that the treatment was suitable for our home, and then by coming back weekly, the problem was thoroughly removed. Special shout out to Cen, who was our technician. Super knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well. Also turns up on the dot of the time he says he will - never known someone to be so punctual!

Really poor
Diamond Pest control carried out a survey on my terrace after I found pigeons nesting. They advised me that the problem was a hole on the right hand side of the terrace. I paid £375 for that survey and the work (some mesh to be placed over the small hole).
Subsequently, I realised that the problem had not been solved. The access point was somewhere completely different. The work done was pointless. As it was 2 months outside the guarantee period they refused to offer a refund.
Even the man who came to visit to see the robber a second time admitted that they had made a mistake. Fell disappointed by the service.

We are disappointed to hear that you are not happy with our service. As a company we pride ourselves on our customer service and as you can see from our other reviews, your experience is not in keeping with the rest of our customers’ feedback.
We welcome customer feedback when it accurately reflects the service we provide. Our disappointment with this review is that on your last email you told us that you wanted £50, or you would leave countless bad reviews, which is what you have been doing.
We also note that this is the third, 1 star review that you have left us this week. The others were instantly removed by the Trustpilot team as they had been provided under a fake name and email addresses with inaccuracies.
We will of course address your issues and provide a clear explanation as follows;
- We carried out a free of charge survey and sent a report detailing all the information of the work to be carried out which you agreed to. At your request the original cost was discounted for you, twice.
- The work was carried out in August 2022 and you contacted us 6 months later. You had been happy with our work for these 6 months and although you were outside of your guarantee period we sent a technician, free of charge, to investigate the new issue. He discovered that it was a different area with an inch and a half entry point and due to the inaccessibility, we are unable to determine the issue. Please note that our meshing was intact. Additionally, our technician could not determine whether the hole was being accessed by rodents, squirrels, or birds. We suggested, although you were outside of your guarantee period, that if you could provide access to the new hole, we would send a surveyor to investigate at no cost.

Used them twice, for mice a couple of years ago then bedbugs recently after having brought them back from a holiday. The staff here are fast, efficient, professional and knowledgable. They are very much my go to pets control company (although I would very much hope I wont need to call them again).

Derek's done, we really see the different results after he sprayed 1st visit and will see after 2nd visit. But his action and clear explaination to us is worked to rid our bed bugs.

Derek and Ken were very meticulous
Derek and Ken were very meticulous, making sure that no corner was left unchecked. They were very assuring and calming - not the best thing news to find out you have a mouse, but they were able to calm me down and help find a permanent solution. Would definitely recommend.
