Brilliant service from start to finish. When i rang i had a lovely lady natalie dealing with my issues. She seamed to have great knowledge on what problems i have experianced and advised on a fix. They sent a nice lad round and he sorted the problem! Would recomend this company in the future.

Diamond Pest Control were so helpful with two issues and I would highly recommend them. Last year we had a problem with carpenter ants - Diamond Pest Control correctly identified them and Phil came and quickly sorted the problem, and the ants haven't come back since. Then recently I was worried about some black specks on my bed, but Natalie at DPC looked at some photos and was able to reassure me on the phone that they were probably just seeds (not bedbugs), and talk me through why... Her diagnosis of course turned out to be spot on! (We've now worked out which seeds.) Brillant customer service - thanks so much.

I had a great experience with this pest control company. They showed up on time and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn't rush through the job. Within a few days, the annoying pests that had been bugging us forever were totally gone. They even checked after to make sure things were still good. Super solid service - I'd definitely recommend them.

After dealing with a couple of other companies that didn’t do much, Diamond was a huge upgrade. From the initial call with Louis, who explained everything clearly to the technician that attended, figured out the issue right away and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The results kicked in fast, and things have stayed clear since. I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

We recently had ASH come to our home to treat our newly rented flat for bed bugs, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help. We have used Diamond over the last few years, they have always been reliable, friendly and professional. Most recently, Ashley attended some of our sites and was extremely helpful and Kind. From top to bottom it seems like a great business, which i would recommend to anyone - thank you!

We had a bee problem at home and contacted them, they responded the same day and even came to our house in a couple of hours. Within 30–40 minutes, they provided a fast, effective, and professional solution. Highly recommended!

Derek has been coming to me since I had an invasion of mice and rats some 18 months ago or more. Gradually they have disappeared at last ( fingers crossed!) Derek has always phoned to check before a visit and always come on time. He is very thorough and utterly delightful

I highly recommend Diamond Pest Control. We came to them with an urgent situation having been royally messed around by a different pest control company (explained below).

The lead surveyor identified the insect pest immediately and recommended a weekly treatment for 3 weeks to deal with the issue but also crucially to disrupt the egg cycle in order to eradicate the problem.

Derek, who attended for the three week programme, was outstanding. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and reliable. He explained clearly what to expect and how it worked.

Having had to do a lot of research into pest control companies to find a reliable one, I would highly recommend Diamond Pest Control.

[Background: Initially we appointed JG Pest Control. Their technician attended, could not identify the insects, carried out a treatment anyway. 10 days later, problem even worse and they said we could not book them to return (as part of their guaranteed service) for at least 4 weeks. We later realised this approach would never stop the egg cycle and we would continue to be unable to move into the property. For this reason, we looked for a new pest control co, and thankfully found Diamond Pest Control who solved the pest problem.]

I couldn't recommend Diamond and Ash more. They were super speedy and came out same day, with regular visits until the squirrel in the attic had gone! Ash is knowledgeable, calm and friendly and fixed the issue efficiently. Thanks Ash!
