I paid £120 for a call‑out due to noise in my chimney. The technician said it was a bird and told me he could try to rescue it, but advised me to leave it to die instead.

I later found this approach inhumane, especially as my son was able to safely remove the pigeon and it flew away.

I was disappointed that the humane option was discouraged. I would encourage others to ask about a company’s approach to wildlife before booking.

Speedy advice and visit.

Very professional and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

Thanks so much to Kurt for his visit today. A neighbour had seen a squirrel using our roof as a walkway so we were concerned his family may be nesting in it or under the solar panels.😳Turns out all is clear 👏Kurt explained their habits etc so we are confident we don’t have to worry about cables being gnawed.
We asked him about critter guards so he took photos of the roof and we’ll receive a quote next week.
JG Pest control were a pleasure to work with from the helpful Adam on my initial conversation yesterday to Kurt today.

We have spent £300 to resolve a problem we had with mice, yet it was our mouse traps that caught them. Yet, 3 months later the mice have returned so they never solved the problem and we explained exactly where they were coming from. A waste on money!

Kurt arrived bang on time. Very polite and friendly - sadly couldn't do anything about my problem (not your usual vermin!) due to lack of access. Even though it turned out to be an expensive day (I had to lose a days pay to be in for the visit 😢!), I was glad of a "second opinion" on what to do next!

Christopher was a really pleasant guy.
Explained and confirmed that the wasps we had seen were queen wasps. He explained the treatment process to us before actioning.

Christopher backx came promptly. He identified the potential entry point for the rats and did an initial treatment. Hopeful that we caught the problem earky

Kurt arrived within my requested time frame and found the source of my problem right away! He took great care and a methodical approach to remove the mice nest (hidden within insulation behind kitchen kickboard). Further bait positioned in this area in case of returning mouse and remaining young. Very professional service provided by an expert with very sound advice. Thank you and hope it resolves the problem in the long run and good riddance of any future pests - especially as I don’t deal with them very well!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Sorted a lot of the problems which other companies could not, and checked things that he did not have to giving clear info on what the next steps should be. I would highly recommend.
