Two of my home security cameras were…
Two of my home security cameras were not working and also the doorbell camera. I won’t mention names but I have had two other company’s before DFW , the last one I even paid to get out early just couldn’t deal with crappy service and product. My cameras honestly didn’t work most of the time. I would have to sit on phone with tech as they are asking me to go all over my house or computer etc etc. anyways I have DFW of course now and they re-wired things that should have never been done in the first place. Everything has been great until I changed login in info on network. I called and RICK was amazing and very patient and knowledgeable. He had it fixed within the hour. Very happy with DFW

The same service man from DFW arrived… YES
The same service man from DFW arrived on time . I own a large ranch in Erath County, Tx. It has several storage barns and sheds with valuable equipment and other valuable items in then. He repaired or replaced all that were damaged. So we are secure again. In the last year we have had attempted break-ins. We collected damages on 3. Your equipment saved me several thousand dollars.

Problem fixed, full inspection done!
After quickly fixing the bad sensor we'd called about, Bill gave us a thorough inspection covering sensors, video devices, control panels, and wiring. All is well now, for which we're very grateful!
