DFW Security® Recensioni 

DFW Security continued to charge us despite the system not being monitored since 2025.
We cancelled service and our bank account is still being charged monthly. Please refund charges and cease drafting on our bank account.

The tech was nice but we can’t get the garage or patio camera working have another appointment on the 18th paying for services not being received . I feel like this review is a waste of time nothing every happens from them

Every experience that I’ve had with DFW whether on the phone or in person has been a great experience. They came out recently and fixed the problem with my window sensor and while out they checked my cameras to ensure that they were working and other sensors. Highly recommended.

The service tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. I was very pleased.

Yesterday, we didn't get the tech's name written down but he was most helpful in configuring some things for us. Today, Rick helped us with a second part of the configurations. Much appreciated BOTH DAYS!

Well the system now arms in both Stay and Away modes. However what caused the system to not arm in those modes (the reason for the service call) was not found.

The technician went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable. Kept me updated throughout the service call.

Didnt removed old equipment as request and told would happen. Also was quoted incorrectly had to pay additional.

Phenomenal experience. Crystal knocked it out of the park with her professionalism and extensive knowledge. She went above and beyond to make sure our cameras were installed strategically and made sure our apps were all set. Couldn't recommend DFW Security enough. 10/10

It’s too soon to give a definitive review because the system was just installed, regarding this process, the person that came to check the house for our security needs was very knowledgeable and suggested the system that will work for our house. One of the things I did not like is that they want me to sign a contract for 3 years, I was buying all the equipment and paying for the installation that was expensive even though I didn’t get all that they were suggesting. When you pay for all in advance you don’t need a long contract, they don’t have any risk, is not that they were offering me for free or a discounted price if I signed a long contract, initially they were reluctant to give me a contract for 1 year instead of the standard for 3 years, but we got an agreement and signed a 1 year. The installation process was painless and everything apparently is working and my wish is to never use it in e real emergency, but if we have to use it hopping that will work for that it was designed

The technician was respectful and professional. When there was a delay, I received a phone call. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend their services.

We have to cancel appointment at the time of installation, and they were understanding and rescheduled quickly. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.
