There was one item that required a repair-at no charge to me. The technician went thru the entire system when he arrived and checked everything, he didnt just replace the one sensor that had failed. Solid service over the phone and in person.

Beware of what you are signing with a contract
I thought I was signing a 12 month contract that was quoted to be $41 each month including the equipment. What I wasn't aware of is that the equipment was based on paying it out over 60 months and that's how they got the $41 a month. So I ended up having a bill for $1k for just the equipment which was not what I was told when I scheduled service to be set up. I called and spoke with the manager and told her this felt like a bait and switch, I was super adamant that I only wanted a contract for 12 months because I am leasing this place and no one mentioned that my equipment was to be paid for the next 60 months. Why would I ever agree to pay on equipment over 60 months when I am only in this place for 12 months. The manager was not helpful at all, she was super rude, told me that I knew exactly what I was signing, just a really terrible experience!

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience as we strive to be upfront, transparent and caring in every encounter. 60 months is the maximum time frame allowed to pay off the equipment with zero interest. Unfortunately it looks like you clicked to select a shorter time frame making the payment higher. I know Susan is working on getting this fixed for you right now. Doorbell camera issue
The technically person showed up in the scheduled window able to correct the problem right away. The door bell camera had to be replace he quickly did that. Then he did a full test on my secure system. Very friendly guy.
