Phone-case arrived quickly and looked exactly like the previews. Case is still in good condition after 2 months of usage.

Don't buy, it's a scam! After waiting ten days and the estimated arrival date having passed, I tried to contact their customer service and they always sent me the same link that took me back to Royal Mail saying that it had been shipped but without an address or information. Furthermore, they always responded robotically with the same sentences, they even asked me to provide them with Paypal details so they could better track it. After that, when I asked for a refund, they didn't respond and then blocked me from sending further messages to ask for assistance. I'm really disappointed because tomorrow would have been our wedding anniversary and we'll be leaving early in the morning and I was waiting for this as a gift because there was an important photo that I wanted to put in the phone case. Don't get scammed!

Personalised case does fit phone well but does block contactless capability of phone (Pixel 8 Pro) also design on website shows full coverage but am left with a large black empty bar

Customer services none existent, as I don't think either of these issues are correct

Had to revert to old case to use contactless

UPDATE: RESPONSE SAYS TO CONTACT LIVE CHAT BUT NOONE EVER ANSWERS emails go days and weeks without response and all the offer is a discount on a product that doesn't or definitely didn't state it doesn't work with Contactless, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

It is an amazing phone case, I couldn't be happier with it, the quality and the printing is very good and I have a very personal phone case designed specifically for me.
