Great value
I was looking for quite an expensive wool carpet. They had an off cut for about half price. Underlay and edging all good prices. Delivery to Devon only once a week but a very helpful driver. Will use again.

The carpet was a great price, excellent quality and is perfect for the room. Ordering was easy and delivery made on the date I requested, the delivery man kindly brought the carpet into the room for me. I’ll use them again and would highly recommend.

This was my third time of using this company for bespoke rugs…on all occasions I have been impressed by the choice of product and the finished products and the customer service from start to finish. This occasion was no different in fact I was further impressed by the personal response to a problem I had adding all products to an order. The online chat with a member of the team was excellent in resolving this though to completing my order which finally came in much cheaper than buying single items ( I had ordered four rugs from one off cut they had on offer) …. Late on a Friday afternoon but the representative did not rush me to ensure all was in order. The products were to take around 2 weeks for completion … I was notified only 5 days later that the rugs were ready for dispatch. Good to see that the company retains and has improved even the customer experience and satisfaction with these excellent products.

4.5 x 2.5 meter bespoke rug
Website is easy to use and my sample came quickly. My bespoke rug was ready for delivery within a week and the driver called me 30 minutes before he arrived and carried it into the room. The quality is fantastic and was very well packaged. This is the 3rd time I have used Designer Carpet and couldn't recommend them highly enough

Perfectly cut carpet, great quality and condition. Helpful customer service when enquiring about delivery date. Tracking provided for delivery slot so you can see how far away the van is. Great communication throughout. Will be purchasing the rest of our carpets through Designer Carpets!
