The carpet is absolutely beautiful and I am so grateful to Dominique and Steve in customer service for guiding me through what was for me a very fractious time occasioned by my needing the carpet in a hurry.

Great rug
I needed a rug to go in my garden room and I just couldn’t find a size that would fit. I eventually found Designer Carpets and I was able to get a bespoke rug, made to order, to my exact measurements. Lovely quality.

Had problems with carpet. Manufacturing fault. Designer carpets and especially Steve Murden were absolutely wonderful in sorting the problems. Couldn't recommend a better company to do business with.
