Great products, amazing customer service!
I loved the prices and great varieties of good carpet initially, but the customer service was top notch. I needed help in figuring out what I needed each stage of the process, and I was given courteous and helpful responses by phone. Then when it was time to measure for carpet and decide cuts and order, we had such thorough help to ensure we were ordering enough. We were communicated with well even up to the point of delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company again!

The service from Designer Carpets was excellent. They worked with me to achieve the carpets I required and held delivery until we were ready. The courier used for delivery was very good. They offered a live tracking service, so you could see where the driver was and how soon he would be with you. The driver was polite, friendly and very efficient.

This is the second time I have used…
This is the second time I have used Designer Carpets and I am, again, delighted with the service I have received. I couldn’t decide which colour and used the sample service. It was superb, the samples received within 1 to 2 days.
I was also contact the customer service section in the sales department for advice on the quality of carpet they would recommend for the stairs and landing. Excellent help from this section.
I always knew what I was looking and with a little help the whole process was seamless.
Moving on to the delivery, again superb and able to easily track the van on its way to us!
I am extremely confident in recommending Designer Carpets to anyone thinking of buying new carpets.
Through this experience I have also found an excellent carpet fitter. He has just completed fitting a supreme quality carpet on the stairs and landing and we are very proud of what he has done.
