They really improved their customer service. You can easily chat with them on their web site and they respond very fast. They refunded and returned my IPL machine and it didn’t even take 10 minutes.

The website shows 2 bottles for 49$ it’s actually per bottle but nowhere does it say that. It’s a fake product and doesn’t include the medication it shows I was buying
Product does not work, seems fake. They promise a full refund within 90 days after purchase but actually tell you to pay for return shipping costs to the US or, if you don't want that "hassle"; a 25%... Leggi di più

The one star is for the initial help
The one star is for the initial help, but then it all went down hill from there. Bought product and it came with the wrong adapter so they sent a discount. Bought the correct adaptor but product still did not work. Returned via registered post for refund and 3 months later still nothing, unable to contact them as they seem to have blocked me. Total frauds

heel slecht dermao ipl

SCHANDALIG!!!

Bad product, don't buy it
The article arrived over 2 weeks later than promised.
The box was damaged and the device (cheap plastic) did not function.
There is no adequate respons to my complaint.
I am afraid that this company sells cheep products from China. And I am even more afraid for my money; a refund seems unlikely.

DO NOT PURCHASE. WORTHLESS
It arrived UK version so I had to buy an adaptor. Company said they would give me a refund for 10% of purchase price. They did not. I’ve used it religiously for a month with no change. I’ve used a Tria in the past with amazing results in significantly less time. This is worthless! DO NOT BUY!

Sadly
Sadly, I noticed to late it was a scam.
Normally I check all reviews on websites, this one felt pretty good but that costed me.
There automaticall custom service reacts fast with a storyline. there isn’t even a order number available.. there where I got confused.
safe you’re time and money 💰

SCAM!! BETRUG!
DESASTER!!! SCAM! I paid almost 200€ and never received my money back or the product! They keep telling me for months that the item is stuck in dhl station but it’s not true! I am waiting 4 months already so I lost hope but the case is already known and I just want to make sure nobody else has to make such a bad experience with them anymore.
