If I could give zero stars I would. First, I notified them that the order was fraudulently made and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money before the item was shipped out. They emailed me two days later saying it was too late because the item had shipped even though it did not and no shipping confirmation was sent. I contacted PayPal to let them know it was fraud and a scam and they said up a dispute for me. Dermao then decided to send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Once the item arrived I informed them that I wanted to return the product for a full refund that was guaranteed by their "90 Day - No questions asked - Money back guarantee" and that since I had not opened the package, did not order it, AND did not need it then it should be no problem to return it and get my money back. They proceeded to try to talk me out of the refund as I kept repeating that I never ordered this product to begin with so I do not want it and I want my money back. They then tell me that they want me to send the product to 956 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan WY, 82801and once the item arrived undamaged they would refund me minus a restocking fee. I googled the address because it did not match the New Jersey location that the item was shipped from. The address is for a Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center. I pointed that out and they said they donate return items to the Salvation Army. So you send a product to Wyoming instead of New Jersey where there are also Salvation Army Donation Centers open and available? If that's the case then why would you charge me a restocking fee when the item is being sent to a different company in a different state where you bear no cost to restock the item? Needless to mention they have not responded and I am now reporting this company as a scam to PayPal in an escalated claim and getting my money back from them. They do not follow any of the policies they claim on their website and are dishonest. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They also are listed as "Interactive Ecommerce LLC" so if you see that company name listed anywhere else report them and do not purchase anything. I have changed all my passwords and cards so this will never happen again. $140 was stolen from me.

A fuire ! Il s‘agit d‘une arnaque, je n’ai jamais été livrée malgré une livraison promise en 48 heures. Le service client me balade depuis 3 semaines avec des réponses plus qu’évasives sur la date de livraison.

Mir ist das gleiche passiert wie vorgenanntem Nutzer. Ein minderwertiges Produkt ohne Markenzeichen und ohne Stufenregler und so mutmaßlich sogar gefährlich bzw. gesundheitsschädigend wurde mir als angeblich hochwertiges, gut bewertetes Gerät online über die Website verkauft. Offenbar handelt es sich um ein billiges Plagiat "made in China". Das erklärt auch, warum die Lieferung nicht so schnell wie angekündigt (2-3 Tage) erfolgte.
Inzwischen habe ich mehrere Produkte gleichen Aussehens im Netz gefunden - sogar für nur 3,59 € bei Ali Express.
Ich hoffe nun auf rasche Rückabwicklung / Rückerstattung.
Gemäß ihrer Richtlinien verlangt die Firma aber offenbar nicht nur, dass ich für die Kosten des Rückversands - nach China? - aufkomme, sondern man will auch noch eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 14 €, vgl. policies/refund-policy auf der Website des Shops.

Vorsicht Betrüger, wertloses Gerät, steht bei Wish für 26,00€, Ich habe 129,00€ gezahlt. Bei der Werbung steht ein Produktnamen auf dem Gerät, geliefert wird ein Namenloses Gerät ohne Rechnung und Lieferschein. Nach erfolglosen Rückgabeversuchen, über helloatdermao.com Paypal eingeschaltet. Verfahren läuft noch. Alles Fake!!!!

I agree with everyone else. The company seems like a scam. After repeat emails with them, they give no information at all and do not refund the money when requested.

Apparaat werd defect geleverd. Bij het insteken in het stopcontact knippert er een groen lampje en verder gebeurt er niets. Apparaat is niet werkend te krijgen. Klantenservice stuurt je van het kastje naar de muur. En alles in het Engels. Ben dus 130 euro kwijt... Koop hier niet!!

Wij hebben in mei een ipl apparaat gekocht aller eerste ben je benieuwd of het gaat werken voor die prijs dus je probeert het maar omdat er 90 dagen retour garantie is bestel je hem toch maar het blijkt totaal niet te werken niet eens een beetje na 2 maanden hem gebruikt te hebben heb ik hem retour aangemeld nu 4 maanden later na t aanmelden en nooit een retour formulier ontvangen te hebben en ook niet me geld terug en 2/3 keer per week contact gezocht te hebben en nooit een reactie te hebben gehad lijkt dit wel echt op oplichting ik zou zeker niet aanraden om dit te bestellen ik zou gelijk voor wat duurders gaan philips bijvoorbeeld dit werkt fantastisch

Opgelicht! Niet binnen!

Op 3 augustus heb ik een IPL apparaat van Dermao besteld, 10 dagen later heb ik het pakket ontvangen met een vrij eenvoudig plastic apparaatje in een kapotte doos. Direct getest, maar ik kreeg het apparaat gelukkig goed aan de praat, dus ik zag geen reden om het terug te sturen. Volgens instructie ben ik hier meteen mee aan de slag gegaan. Volgens de belofte van Dermao op hun website krijg je je geld terug als je na 90 dagen niet volledig tevreden bent, dat gaf een vertrouwd gevoel bij de aankoop.
Aangezien ik na 2 maanden nog geen enkel resultaat zag, heb ik op 17 oktober (ruim binnen de 90 dagen) een mail verstuurd om het apparaat terug te sturen. Ik kreeg direct reactie dat dit doorgezet zou worden naar de betreffende afdeling. Na 2 weken en een herinneringsmail had ik nog geen antwoord, dus de chat op de website gebruikt. Op 15 november (2 weken na mijn eerste contact!!) kreeg ik een reactie met daarin een vraag wat precies mijn probleem was. Ondanks dat ik dit al in 20 voorgaande berichten had aangegeven, heb ik in de chat nogmaals gestuurd dat ik het product heb gebruikt, maar geen resultaat zie en graag gebruik wil maken van de 90 dagen retourgarantie die ze aanbieden. Hierop kreeg ik vrij snel een reactie met allerlei ongevraagde adviezen wat ik nog kon proberen zodat het apparaat mogelijk wél zou werken. Daarop heb ik weer laten weten dat ik enkel de gegevens wil hebben om het product te retourneren.
1,5 week later kreeg ik reactie dat de termijn helaas verstreken is om het apparaat terug te kunnen sturen.
Ik hoop dat de rechtsbijstand nog iets kan betekenen en ga melding maken bij de ACM van deze oplichters.

Ik kreeg een merkloos plastic apparaatje met Engelse beschrijving ipv Dermao IPL+ waarvoor ik 129 euro heb betaald. Totaal geen reactie meer om het terug te willen sturen. Oplichting dus.

Ik kreeg een goedkoop merkloos plastic apparaat uit China met een Engelse gebruiksaanwijzing. Ik wilde het terugsturen maar je krijgt geen contact met dermao.com.

Opgelicht, item niet binnen. Verleid met een website “trustedreviewes” dat het het beste product is!
Volgens de reviews is het een plastic product van slechte kwaliteit.

I agree with all of the reviews. They are a scam. I bought it and found out way too late. DON'T Buy from them.

Er is geen contact te krijgen, wat een snert bedrijf.
Ze hebben een defect artikel gestuurd, heeft mij meer dan €100,- gekost en het enige antwoord wat ik krijg is een geautomatiseerd bericht. Ik zou hier nooit meer wat kopen, echt bagger

Product niet aangekomen. In eerste instantie lijkt het alsof je contact kan hebben met de klantenservice, maar kort erna is de site off line. Hetzelfde product is voor 16 euro te koop bij ali xpress. Geld kwijt.

Op een site kwam deze als beste eruit, dus meteen besteld.
Na ontvangst bekeek ik het apparaat en bleek het een simpel plastic ding te zijn. Het zag er anders uit dan op het plaatje.
Op de site staat dat je na 90 dagen het geld terug kan krijgen. De kosten betaal je dan zelf (Verenigde Staten).
Op mails reageren ze nauwelijks.
Koop er nooit iets, want het is 1 grote oplichting!
