I placed an order over two months ago and have gotten zero updates since. they're legitimate scammers and they own multiple anime wear "businesses" like Kizumi Worldwide which also sucks with shipping and customer service. they don't give you your money back unless you berate them

Just glorified scammers

Absolutely awful place don’t waste your money. I’ve been arguing with them about mystery boxes I ordered in FEBRUARY. When I received a package it was HALF of what I ordered saying partially delivered and it was three crapily made plastic keychains I overpaid for. Then they have the audacity to tell me that the shipping is just delayed. The post office said they just reuse other people’s tracking numbers to make it look like they’re delivered, and then drag stuff out for 180 days to avoid chargebacks. Absolute madness.

As to my understanding and looking at our system your order was "partially delivered" as you ordered an item that was pre order also along with the pre made item you ordered! Ordered Astro boy hoodie&sweater 2 years ago for my bday but never came

Ordered Astro boy sweater and hoodie for my birthday almost 2 years ago and still haven’t got it, my order was between #5000 and #6000, which was claimed to have fulfilled all orders below #6500. I received no confirmation or tracking emails, I emailed multiple times for a refund with no response. Even the response to some of the reviews on here are lies “lost or stuck in transit” or “all emails are responded to within 24-48 hours”. they’re words and responses are completely hollow. on instagram they’re deleting and limiting comments and trying to close the store to escape accountability.I no longer care about the products I just want my refund

Blocked my girlfriends email after not giving a tracking number and not giving a refund

My girlfriend ordered a hello kitty mystery item from here, and after 2 months there has been no delivery and she never even received a tracking number. After reaching out to the company multiple times asking about the package and asking for a refund, they blocked her email. Do NOT order from this website it’s just an awful experience with terrible customer service and no guarantee of the actual ordered item.

scam, brother

Dude, don’t let these guys fool you fr. They will probably respond to this, like they’ve responded to everyone else’s reviews, and have some retort that makes them look honest but I genuinely feel that I am being scammed. I’ve waited 6 months for my items, and just got an email that it’s “all lost in the mail” and they will “get it all figured out”. Mind you, they’ve been emailing me for months with the same copy & paste bullshit. I wish I could upload screenshots but… I thought the items were really cool, and have been very excited about receiving them. I keep looking up reviews on Reddit to see if it’s a legit company and everyone else seems to have the same problems. I have only seen one person online that actually received their belongings and I feel like it was probably just one of their people making a unboxing video. Don’t fall for the trap like I did. I spent almost $100 on items ~ oh and while you’re already waiting suuuuuch a long time on your items, they will send you what they think are witty text messages saying you’ll get free items for the next X amount of time (30 mins/ an hour), trying to get you to buy more items. Kicking you when you’re already down. It’s genuinely upsetting. I feel silly for thinking they could actually be legit

Yes, looking at our system your order was delayed due to manufacturing and customs issues and was cancelled and refunded due to this and stated in a big weekly update on March 2, 2025. I have resent this refund confirmation to your email as well.

Scam

Update: After months of trying to get in contact with them I got them to cancel my order, but they did not refund me. So basically I wasted my money and I’m definitely not getting what I ordered. It’s funny it took me so long to get in contact with them but I write a bad review and I get a response within hours. Also all of their replies to reviews are lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I’ve emailed and tried to get in contact with this company multiple times and they never respond. I placed my order in January 20 24 and I still haven’t received it. I received frequent emails telling me that my order and many others are being worked on, but every email says the exact same thing and there’s never any movement. This website is a scam. I also saw them reply on another review that all orders have been fulfilled from a year and a half ago, but that’s not what it says in the emails that I’ve been getting. It says they’re still fulfilling orders from the time I ordered mine. All I really want is my money back. I don’t even want what I bought anymore.

It’s been a whole year since I’ve ordered my hoodie. I’ve emailed them so many times for a refund. Still no response. They sent the same updates and still haven’t shipped out any orders. Demon’s basement is a scam and they rip off do not support this business they don’t ship anything out and they don’t give you any refunds tried to comment under there post on instagram can’t do that eveh texted them on ig they don’t answer emailing them doesn't work I was in there discord chat they literally removed me from it for asking for a refund

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would, ordered a hoodie last year. No communication on it or when it would ship, just generic emails saying they're working on everyone's and they won't give you any CS. They literally do this and stall so that the grace period for chargebacks goes by and you cant get your money back. Plenty of other streetwear companies are 100000000% better and have way better timelines and CS. Avoid this "company" as they are basically a scam storefront that must be desperate and broke to not deliver on 40$ garments that are just dropshipped from China anyway.

UPDATE: they JUST canceled the order after seeing this review so dont be fooled by the reply that there was some big update on their end, they just cancel orders when they see negative reviews in hopes we take them down to continue their scam. They claim there is been a refund issued but I doubt I will see the money. Will update again if refunded

2ND UPDATE:

STILL NO REFUND ISSUED, COMPANY IS FULL OF CRAP

3RD UPDATE:

A refund has still not been received despite saying they did. It might only be for 45 bucks but maybe a lawyer would be interested in this scam of a business. Thinking about taking it to one and shutting this place down for good.

4th UPDATE:

Still no refund, this business is full of crap, talked to a lawyer and let's just say this place is going to be very surprised very soon.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. I bought 2 items. One was on sale for half the price. A mystery I thought I would receive a baggy but a small keychain worth $10, I could accept that. However, I ordered a jacket and months has passed and I still haven’t received it. They aren’t giving me the refund. They are a bunch of scam artists stealing people’s money. i ordered from them like 2ish years ago. i honestly gave up and dont even care anymore but this place is a HUGE scam. i constantly asked about my order and it was always the same thing from them, eventually i gave up and realized i was never gonna get my stuff LOL. its crazy because the owner is extremely active on discord and then gets upset when people bring up how their stuff has not shipped.

Quality of the clothing is great, however…

Quality of the clothing is great. Shipping and getting everything you ordered? Pretty rough. Shipping takes bare minimum two months if you’re lucky, and then I didn’t even receive my full order. I ordered a maka maka full zip up and have yet to receive it. I made this order nearly two years ago, it’s 2025. Amazing clothing, just one hell of a process to get it. Rooting for you guys.

I’ve been getting insane spam texts from this company for a year now. I’m glad i never finished purchasing their clothing because reviews online say it takes months to even get anything in the mail.

i ordered in mid feburary and it's now mid may, no shipping update, no response to any email i've sent, and definitely no sign of the item i ordered. they post on their insta stories about sending out things but it doesn't seem real. they are also passive aggressive on their stories about people emailing them regarding their missing orders. legitimately a scam do not waste your money here.
