This company is a scam and there’s…

This company is a scam and there’s nothing you can do to convince me otherwise and if it’s not their practices are so piss poor they may as well be. I bought 2 sweaters for 65 dollars back in September 2024 my dumb ass even tipped them because it’s a small business. I still haven’t gotten them and it’s May of 2025 and I have no way of contacting them because they block emails, have no customer service line, etc. in April I got a notification that it “shipped” but again it’s been a month and no update there’s a tracking number but I have a hard time believing there’s actually a package. Just order somewhere else. They obviously are drop shippers because while you’re waiting nearly a year for your package they’ll send you a million promo emails and “updates” about how they’re waiting for packages from manufacturers. I’m just glad my friends I told about this website to didn’t order from there. 60 bucks isn’t the worst to lose but it’s still something.

UPDATE: despite never hearing from the my order just got “cancelled” literal hours after my review so they’re keeping an eye on this obviously. I’m willing to bet the positive reviews are people they know, if they tried to say my order was cancelled in their system for a long time (like they have been to other people just know it literally just got cancelled- for what it’s worth I got a notification that my refund is processing so there’s that.)

Your order was cancelled and refunded on May 2, 2025 before this review as we stated in our previous new update all outstanding orders within your batch were being refunded due to delay within that batch. After seeing your review we took it upon our team to make sure you received your refund receipt which was sent to you on May 2, 2025 but you must have not seen so we made sure it was sent again so you see that you already got the refund you asked for as the last bit of orders in your batch were already being refunded. We notified you all in multiple weekly and monthly updates stating orders in your batch were being refunded as well due to the delay on this batch of orders specifically so this review is not truthful and is very well false. We have proof of this!

Good customer services with shipping updates

Order took a bit to arrive but they sent constant shipping updates and replied to customer support emails pretty quick. I got my items and were good quality

Shit company!!

Shit company!!! They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to business they might think so but they don't. It's simply just some person being cheap cutting corners to make everything cheaper which is why the shipping takes AGES and most of the items are ''Pre-Orders''. Also VERY VERY shit at refunds so yeah.. Take what I say with a grain or salt you could order get it in a month or 4 or a year or never!!!!

i email them several times asking about…

i email them several times asking about my order because it had been a whole month. just for them to take weeks long to reply back. And when i got my package it was nothing but a bunch of stickers and charm. i ordered a 20$ mystery box and i got nothing. horrible and disappointing.

I have bought from this company on many…

I have bought from this company on many occasions as they have had pop up shops in Alabama and Georgia and I have bought from them online as well. I did have a couple problems when buying from them online as it took 3-4 months because of manufacturing and customs delays which is something they can’t help.

They stayed with me and were very communicative to me and everyone during this time providing plenty reassurance as well.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUT HAVE SOME PATIENCE!!!👌

You can't hold orders to prevent a chargeback at all. You can chargeback with any bank from up to 2 years ago and any banker will provide that information.

Scammed as well

Going back and forth with this company for what I purchased and they send the same emails of dates that already passed by ordered 2 months ago and haven't received my package. I wish I would've seen this before ordering!!! Don't do it if ur deciding on ordering from them!!!! And don't respond with a "we refunded you" I haven't received any email letting me know that.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! haven’t updated shipping info for 2 weeks, sent 3 emails to 3 different emails and all of them are “address not found” so the emails don’t even work. SCAM COMPANY I WILL BE CHARGING BACK MY ORDER

Horrible!

Horrible! Do NOT buy! Took a chance with them because my son wanted a shirt and hoodie from them. I ordered back in November of 2023. Yes, 2023. I emailed them multiple times, they would use the excuse that it was being hold up here and there or the Chinese people wasn’t working because of Chinese new year and blah blah blah…Anyway..my last email he said my package was delivered last year around June. No it wasn’t. And he said he would do a “investigation” and get in touch with the mail carrier to get me a refund. I have yet to see that or my package. Just beware. Don’t buy from them at all.
