They don’t respond like they claim to, and delete comments on posts

Ordered a couple of months ago for a blind box. I waited just like everyone else and kept tabs with their update emails. But as the order was supposedly sent out I placed my order number to track for a while, when I look at the usps tracking it says “lable created not in system” they came out a bit ago saying they had issues with usps and would fix it by a certain date, stayed in their emails. It’s past that date now and they still include it in their emails. I’ve attempted to reach out 3-4 times now. The only response was from Instagram stating how they are asking their team to check spam again. Didn’t get a response back. Only got this initial response because I checked their most recent post and saw someone else discuss this and I responded saying I was having a similar issue. They delete their comments on their pages only leaving the ones that makes them look good. I’ve even taken a screenshot of someone’s comment complaining about the same issue and returned two days later to it gone

Once I received an email asking to be an affiliate with them I responded that I will return back to the offer once I got their product in and received and automatic response as if I said yes. Im convinced they never check their emails as they say they do and it’s all automated. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this brand

My daughter got scammed

My daughter got scammed. Bought stuff with her Christmas money. What a shame stealing from children at Christmas. Doesn't get any worse than this. She keeps inquiring and now her email was blocked.

No customer support or items recieved

Bought something 6 months ago then received a fake tracking number that never updates. I emailed them they responded with a copy and pasted reply not answering my questions. Then I sent another and they sent another email not answering my questions but reminding of the annoying clickbait emails I get like 2 times a week from them with that give constantly changing shipping dates. They also told me in the 2nd email they now dont do refunds which is a shipping policy change after I had bought the item. It is a scam.

These ppl are SCAMMERS the email doesn’t work, the phone number goes straight to voicemail, and the address is linked to a goddamn storage unit. I’m so sick of these scamming drop shipping ig clothing brands. Darius if you’re reading this we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Refund my order #24365 or I will contact the BBB, FTC, IC3, the alabama attorney general, the FBI, and the goddamn strike force so they can go to huntsville alabama and serve ur ass! your playing w a lot of folks money and it’s in your best interest to cooperate. report demons basement to the ftc!!

It’s a full on scam

It’s a full on scam. At this point, Facebook and Shopify need to be held accountable as well. Because why are legitimate platforms giving space to scam sites???

Ordered in February. Received a fake tracking number in May. It’s July. No delivery, no response, no refund. Reached out to all their channels of communication and even got blocked by the main one.

The positive feedback on here is a farce. They have no intention of sending out anything. It is all a scam. The fake photos, the fake updates, the fake “investigation” with USPS to “find the missing packages” It’s all made up to cover their tracks when you go to your bank to do a chargeback. They want to buy time

Nothing is coming.

Add on to Respond to the Lies in their Response:

That’s a lie that you all respond to emails in 24-48 hours. Just because you type that, doesn’t mean it is true. You all did not respond to me, or my case or have specific updates for my order

It’s the same mass email with “updates” about merchandise that is not on the way. The mass responses are a part of the lies and scams. If I email you asking about my specific order and a refund…then what does your “tracking number” update do for me? I want a refund or merchandise. And after 6 months without either, whatever is in those emails is moot. Didn’t ask for an update or about your logistics fiasco. I asked for the purchase to be honored or a refund, and neither of those have happened. And neither of them will. I’m not sure how you all are able to do this.

Anyway, make sure to report them to the FTC and your local cybercrimes unit. You can file a report online. They may have a long run of this, but not forever.

wish i could rate 0 stars. i placed an order back in september 2024 after waiting 7-8 months with no shipping update or anything i decided to reach out for updates. my first email went through to there support email which i got no reply from. a week later i decided to email again & my email was blocked. so not only did they ignore my email asking about a refund they blocked me, i then found another email through research and reached out with then not even a day later i received that my order was cancelled and i’d be receiving a refund (this was around end of may) it is now july 6th and i still have not received my refund back. this place is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I made an order in August 2024. All I received in over a year was a USPS code that said the label was created but nothing ever shipped in months. Never received a reply via email from them. I filed a fraud report with the FTC. This is absolutely unacceptable and I wish Instagram would do better to control scams like this.

Thought because I had one good…

Thought because I had one good experience it would happen again but now I’m disappointed. Ordered 2 mystery boxes in February and they keep sending the same generic email that they have been sending since February about shipping updates. My tracking has not updated AT ALL since purchase and I have attempted to reach out to them numerous times regarding that and have been ignored. Don’t waste your time with them it’s not worth the hassle unfortunately :/

Please do not buy clothes from Demons basement

"Delivery issue" for both of my orders from Aug 2024. I'm not surprised because its been almost a year. They will continue to make fake claims of "USPS has lost tons of packages", but it's all to cover them having absolutely no intention of delivering your order. Darius, I hope that court case regarding an ounstanding loan to fund Demons Basement was worth it. You will have this on your record for the rest of you life and it's complete public knowledge that you are a fraud. Anyone that has placed and order within the time period of you being able to file a dispute with whatever bank you placed it with- do it. Look at their Instagram. They haven't posted since 2023 and are deleting people's comments, even restricting them because they are dodging legal action and are never giving you your order. This is a SCAM. FILE A DISPUTE ASAP.

NOTHING OR LONG ASS WAIT

Ordered a few things from demons basement a few years ago probably when they first started (i could be wrong) it came in about 2 months and it was good quality stuff didn't complain because its like an "Instagram brand". But now its different because I ordered 3 things on black Friday 2024 and its now June 2025 and they haven't come. They either had way to many orders then they expected or they scamming but the pieces I have ordered and received from here are fire and personally some of my favs, but IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY BE PREPARED FOR NOTHING OR A LONG ASS WAIT!!

You will never get your clothes no matter how many times you email them or text them

When I bought my clothes on June 10 I was expecting it to get here in a few days like any other normal shipping process not only is it June 22 when I go to Shopify, it says preparing shipment All they do is send email saying that your order is coming and they use the same images to make it seem like they have a van filled with clothes, even though they’re most likely not even shipping. I honestly feel like this is a scam and sometimes they send out your stuff most of the time they just keep it and keep your money are use the number they provided on here. I emailed them and I got no response and I doubt if I asked for a refund, they would give it to me. People have got their clothes OK but this is unacceptable for a clothing brand to just be taking money and not even caring about shipping out their products. I don’t know how they get away with this taking peoples money and not even shipping them clothes and then they respond to your reviews on here just so they won’t look bad. It’s been 12 days. I want my clothes that’s all I have to say I recommend you don’t buy anything from them because it’s probably gonna take a year or you won’t get it at all. Probably won’t get a refund either and I feel bad for the other people that have been waiting for a year and I feel like the reviews that have five stars are just accounts they made so they won’t look bad but that’s all I have to say

SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM DEMONS BASEMENT

This company is a scam! I ordered three varsity jackets back in January 2024 and have not received my orders.They won't even update me about receiving the items I purchased. They are using fake tracking numbers with these orders including mine. All they send is generic emails that orders are being shipped but that's a lie. They do not answer emails within 24-48hrs. Terrible customer service and terrible handling of this fake store. Don't not buy from them.

Never received order, impossible to get help

Ordered from Demon’s Basement in February. Received an email with a fake tracking number that never updated. They kept sending “group emails” saying “we have thousands of orders be patient.” If you try to email their support it comes back saying the email is fake. They do not answer Instagram messages. After months of waiting I filed a chargeback. Do not buy from them!!
