Terrible service, items not as shown. Very unwilling to take returns. Avoid.

Zero comms. Ignore emails. Won’t answer if their items are legal to sell in the UK. Not sure how they are still trading?

I purchased a bathroom cabinet with Lights and Sensor for £104 .After 7 months light stopped working.Contacted them and asked if they could help and they said they only guarantee upto 3months.I think its Disgusting, so now I have to purchase a new one.

What a disgrace of a company. I ordered a shower tray and screen 3 months ago- after daily chasing and still no delivery of my shower tray coupled with empty promises that they were “resending it” i decided to cancel the order.
They did give me £30 compensation HOWEVER, after requesting a refund they decide to refund minus the £30!!
Three months on and still no refund.
Oh and the screen that sis get delivered came without the screws

Awful company - in breach of Consumer Protection Laws

Just like many others my item is damaged and neither fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality. They are now ignoring me. However, I will be perusing this and they are due to hear from Trading Standards and receive a Notice from the Court. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to get away with this and I will make an example of them.

Like other buyers on here, I bought an LED mirror which stopped working after a couple of months. After contacting Delux Bathrooms through EBay, I was flatly told that it was after 30 days, so they were not willing to help. I have the original Ebay ad that says their products are guaranteed for life - which is a complete lie. I reported them to Ebay and they have since removed the lifetime guarantee claim, but still refuse to give me a replacement or even talk to me now. One of the reasons I bought from them was that they offered a guarantee on products - scandalous that they are deceitful lairs who do not honour this and EBay are unhelpful. Avoid this seller at all costs - or it will cost you!

Purchased an illuminated mirror which failed after one week of use. It wasn't fitted for a couple of months whilst we were finishing the bathroom. Contacted the seller delux bathrooms for a replacement and was told that all faults had to be reported within 30 days of delivery? Not possible in my case. They were very unhelpful and clearly had no intention of assisting me with a replacement. The item was very poor quality and clearly not fit for purpose.
I recommend avoiding this trader and spend your money with an honest seller.

THE WORST COMPANY. DON'T HAVE ANY THING TO DO WITH THEM .I PURCHASED A VERTICAL RADIATOR FROM THEM THE COATING /PAINT BUBBLED AND PEELED AFTER 14 WEEKS OF USE .I SPOKE TO THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THAT AS THE FAULT WAS NOT REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS! YES "30 DAYS" THAT I HAD NO REDRESS AS IT WAS OUT OF THE GUARANTEE PERIOD : I BOUGHT THIS THROUGH EBAY AND THE ADVERT SAID QUITE CLEARLY THAT THEIR ITEMS WERE GUARANTEED !!!!! WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT IT.THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT!!! avoid at all cost. terrible liars. won't cancel an order that hasn't been dispatched just a few hours after placing the order. called the company and they are telling me to refuse 4delivery and until then they will not refund. I told them I followed Ebay instruction on cancellation and my eBay status still shows that item has not been dispatched. Terrible terrible. Now I have to wait till forever to get my refund after I refuse the delivery. Unfortunately, reviews here show that people have issues with their refund. Shame Ebay hasn't kicked these people out. Avoid at all cost!!!

Bought a screen but had to return it. No quibbles from them free return great service!

Avoid this company. Absolutely useless.Send items with missing parts.
They ignore emails /messages and don't answer the phone.

Buy somewhere else.

DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews about companies but feel it is justified here and may hopefully help others. I stupidly did not check out this company on Trustpilot before I ordered from them, had I done so I would have gone elsewhere.
I ordered several radiators (via eBay) which looked ok when they were delivered. But on installation one of the radiators was discovered to be badly defective, the internal screw thread was all squint and couldn’t be used. They flatly refused to replace it, claiming it must have been my own fault for somehow damaging it myself. A very unsatisfactory experience and I certainly would not buy anything from this company again. I can see now most folk on here agree.

Other than eBay contact does anyone have a number for this company of jokers please,this is where eBay let's itself down allowing companies that can't sort out a mistake to continue selling shower enclosures with wrong sizes of of goods, get them off eBay make things simpler for paying public knowing that you will receive correct gear when you have handed over your money!!

FALSE EMAIL FALSE NUMBERS, eBay should be ashamed still allowing this company to trade. Their company has been dissolved several times. Radiator bought and was damaged. Was offered a partial refund, and had to post back at my cost. When I tried to arrange this the company wouldn't reply with an address. They then gave me a false business address and a residential house address to post it to. The reviews of this company are disgusting. They need to be closed down.

Following on from my previous post. Delux Bathrooms continue to lie about delivery.I still have No Radiators and consequently No Central Heating. TNT advise me to speak to the merchant/seller although they do also tell me the goods have been sent back to the sender and replacements sent out from Sunny Bathrooms...really, perhaps they are a subsidiary of Delux Bathrooms who knows. DO NOT EVER USE DELUX BATHROOMS THEY ARE LIARS, FRAUDSTERS,SCAMMERS .

worst company ever dealt with, con men keep away from them, all false details names, e mails phone numbers, e bay should be ashamed working with them, I have had to go to trading standards.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am still awaiting for my refund. No one takes ownership of anything. Honestly avoid at all cost. Placed an order on 4th July. I was told it woukd delivered the next day but never arrived until 2 days later. I returned it on 13th and paid £78 which I thought was a heavy price tag and collection never took place when I was told it would, I checked my online banking and I have noticed they debited my account twice, I contacted them regarding this and they have apologised and agreed that amount would be refund in 5-7 Working days. Called on 18th to be told system issues/new system and it will be processing the £78 to along with £405 that i getting back for the returned goods. I wanted until 27th to be told they only processed it on 25th. I asked to speak to a manager, one was not available, I informed manager will call me back but i never received the call when it was arranged. I decided to call them, where they same girl who I spoke to earlier on answered and decided to hung when explained to hear I never received manager call back. This is the type of company you are dealing. Happy to take you order but the moment anything crops up they don't want to know. I have at least 10 promised call failed. No ownership of any wrong doing and honestly disgraceful level of services. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Recently (6/4/18 ) sent me a flat radiator that was bent like a banana. Bought on eBay and complained to them. They agreed the fault and deluxe bathrooms supposedly sent a courrier on three occasions and claimed I wasn't in for them to collect lol. I escalated claim to PayPal who informed me I had to pay for return costs (£25). The address to return the radiator is 38, Francis rd,Smethwick, B67 7HU. Have a look on google street maps at the residential house lol. The various email addresses are false and the phone number 01215526751 is never answered? KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Other reviews on this site are suspiciously good and some are truthful, guess which ones and beware
