Items were delivered on time and undamaged.

Absolutely dreadful company, product and service, just wished I had seen these reviews before ordering.

I ordered a dining table, none of the knots had been treated and burnt through, also the paint work was shocking.

As I complained within 30 days (brought on ebay) they sent me a new top which was even worse than the previous one - split wood, knots burning through and large grey marks - wish I could show pictures on here.

After 22 calls I finally got through and as soon as I said I had a problem they hung up.

All emails go unanswered.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - why ebay has not struck them off I do not know.

This is the first bad review I have ever written and I have written many.

They do not deserve 1 star but you have to give at least one!!!!!

Bought mirrored radiator, but mirror was cracked on delivery!! after numerous messages (3months worth) through large Internet market site they played for time and so I couldn't get refund, I was able to speak direct to Delux but phone line now not working, hope they go bust 🙏 there are far many more companies that deserve our trade these are just a bunch of cowboys taking money but not dealing with problems 😡

Delivery driver was fantastic brought it into our flat , even although it was in the fist floor. Very professional. Could fault his commitment. Thank you Simon. You deserve a pat on the back.

No phone number given so unable to clarify exactly what I am buying via ManoMano. Reluctantly decided not to order as suspect there will be issues. ManoMano also unable to confirm exactly what is being sold. System will not work without long enough support bar which cannot be confirmed.

Had a problem with my mirror and agreed partial refund haven't received it six weeks later and they ignore my messages👎👎

Bought a dining table and chairs from their ebay store in November. The table had been covered since the day I bought it and only used maybe half a dozen times to seat two people. Two months later noticed the table top had over half a dozen marks where the wood had split straight through to the underneath. Sent 3 messages advising what to do next, along with photographs of the damage. Each one was ignored. This table is now not suitable for use and had to get ebay and Paypal involved in the end; they opened an investigation into the seller. It is disgusting how they are still allowed to sell on ebay selling substandard goods that are not fit for use, taking people's hard-earned money.

Much like all the other reviews. Problems with products and they literally ignore you. It’s clearly deliberate. They also clearly have a history. Please avoid!

Avoid this company at all costs. They will send you substandard products and then they go absent when u want a refund ot exchange. Bought three bathroom demister mirrors last march 2020..2 arrived with chips in the mirrors And they ignored all emails from me when requesting return/ exchange. I reluctantly still installed and after a month both installed mirrors stoped working altogether. Im still chasing them in 2021. Absolute theives and con artists. Ive saved the mirrors And be it today or tomorrow or next year ill be paying a visit to they hq and the shoving both of those mirrors up delux bathrooms ceos backside.

Avoid this company.
I ordered a rad and valves three weeks ago. Rad arrived with no valves. I have rang them several times about it and I am still waiting on the valves. Avoid avoid avoid

ordered 2 radiators, slight delay on receiving the item, however my frustration soon went when I received the products, would buy again.

Ordered three traditional old style radiators. Delivery bit longer than expected at 6 days but we are in the middle of a pandemic and Country all over the place🙈 would of liked to have received a bit sooner as delayed fitting but overall happy with the product and price was decent

there product are actually good, really don't have a clue why got that many negatives, we have ordered it many time and service & product was epic all time.

We purchased a shower cubicle, tray and accessory kit from Delux Bathrooms through ebay.
Sadly before fitting we found the tray to be damaged in one corner.
Contacted the company, but they were not prepared to take any responsibility as just over the ebay 30 days.
I did point out did this mean that the lifetime guarantee advertised with the tray was also worthless and have since received no response.
I would be extremely wary of purchasing any products from this company in the future.

Worst ever company, send from manomano completely different mirrors bad quality. Refuse to collect them. Void this company. Dont buy from them if you dont want problems.

If i could give less than 1 star, I would. This company is horrendous to deal with, minimum 8 hours response time on emails. They don't read your emails and partially reply, you then have to ask again and have to wait another 8 hours. This was ordered in error, I explained this and they advised that i could refuse the parcel but they would deduct £25 from my credit! So i asked for the dimensions and weight of the product yestersday to price up returning the item to see which would be more beneficial. they replied back this morning without the weight?! so they i have had to email again and now the parcel has been delivered. Customer service levels need work

They sent the wrong led mirror out twice and even though it was obvious that they were in the wrong refused to send a courier to get them back. The mirrors were bought through ManoMano.co.uk
