PERFECT in every way: pricing, speed of packing, shipping, communication.
Many sites say "free shipping" but then load me with an exorbitant shipping fee at the end of the process because "oh, but that's only for the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii not included". This should be put clearly in the upper corner of page 1 of the site. Defender said "free shipping over $ 99 dollars" and that is what I got. Not the sneaky add-on.

Great price fast shipping

The products are good but I don’t like the fact that you have to spend $99 in order to get free shipping.

I placed my order and everything went fine. I just received a message that my selected mailing method was incompatible with my P.O. Box shipping address. Why did you not realize that at the beginning?

While it may be difficult to comprehend and impossible to explain, I had a feeling I was dealing with a gracious and competent group while researching and placing my order. In any event, the proper product arrived promptly in good order. Once I get it on my front door, it will be good for another 25 years.

People pick up the phone when you call prices are good shipping is free selection is big stock is upto date.

I have been a customer since they were in New Rochelle. Prices and inventory is hard to beat,,. When I unfortunately have to go to other stores I always have to ask them to match Defenders, they never beat it. I always get my order next day if I order before 4!!! I do miss their warehouse sales though

I go on line first to see if they show the item I need, then I call to confirm they have it. Everything I call the nice professional operator employee is very pleasant. Answers my questions and for the most part they have the item. If you go to the outlet and look on the shelves and don't see your item, ask an employee. They will help you locate it, it could be in the back as in my case, otherwise my experience has been fantastic, love this store. I try and get my boating people to go shop there!
