Mauripro is completely incompetent. I placed an order for something listed as “In Stock”. Was informed it was in fact not in stock and had an 8-12 week lead time. Placed the order. 4 weeks later was texted that they needed a second approval to submit a special order. They are so incompetent it is painful. Please save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else. Should be a 0/5 star option.

I had a few problems with my order…
I had a few problems with my order because of it being December and because of that had to communicate by email vs talking directly with the company. BUT, replies were within 24hrs and they were great about taking care of the problems. It took until January to get all that I ordered but the quality is outstanding and I will order from them again as well as recommend them.

I had visited the website to purchase a difficult to find part. However, the international shipping options appeared limited, thus I did not complete the purchase. Ms. Adriana reached out to offer assistance, an act I have not experienced from any other vendor. I ordered a Selden Furlex 104 furler
I ordered a Selden Furlex 104 furler. I chose the option of a headstay with a swaged on threaded stud at the lower end because I don't like the idea of the user-installed Sta-lok terminal. I provided an e-mail clearly stating my desired headstay length. I was shipped a stock-length raw headstay with the threaded stud not swaged on, but in a box with the toggle. Mauri-Pro has difficult to contact by phone to discuss this situation.

These guys have great boat parts…
These guys have great boat parts available. Ordered a waterlock muffler that didn't fit for my boat and I had to return it. They made it super easy. Cristina communicated really well and made it simple to return. I will definitely use them in the future.
