Really legit they can add a red stamp if requested as well

Web site was easy to use, and clear about what was needed.
Service extremely efficient and documents arrived quickly

Really easy site to use, very straightforward to apply. Different options if you need your deed next day. I called up to ask for advice , spoke to a lovely lady who went through everything with me and put my mind at ease. There’s also an option to get extra copies when you order, I did this and I’m really glad I did. You can sent out your numerous places at once rather than one after another. Saves a lot of time. Would highly recommend.

An absolutely world class service - additional advice and support without me even asking for it, and delivered promptly. I genuinely was extremely impressed with everything!

Top quality customer service. Almost immediate assistance and advice. Telephone confirmation after completion of online documentation. Ongoing email information, advice and assistance. Could not fault this service at all. Thank you for making this such an easy process.

Required for I'd, done and dusted very quickly

A speedy, efficient service with fast delivery and communication about Deed Poll

Good communication from them, and certificates received very fast. Great service

Deed poll office were so helpful to me, after me realising using the government deed poll, I would be waiting up to a year to get my name changed. They also explained everything, as honestly changing your name, at least for me was just so confusing. The process is quick and easy with DPO and considerably cheaper. Thank you so much

Fast service

Excellent service! Documents sent ahead of estimate time. Only held up by Royal Mail due to Christmas period but no issues whatsoever with presenting the Deed Poll to authorities to facilitate name change. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I used this service to try changing my name after getting married. I got my deed polls, signed them as instructed however they are not being accepted as proof of name change. I emailed them about the problems I was having and they sent a long email repeatedly telling me it was an error on the DVLA side, that I absolutely and definitely only need the deed poll as proof, that I don't need to send a passport with my new name on and they would help me to sort this mess out if I confirmed what I was trying to change. I told them I sent my paperwork, deed poll and old license to the DVLA and it was returned to me denied and their response was oh you need to change your passport.

So along with their guide that didn't really do much guiding on where to start, they keep changing their information and contradicting themselves. I am so frustrated and angry but what do they care now they have scammed money from me? Just send contradicting information over 2 emails, that's fine.

Quick and easy to do and no problem getting in touch with them friendly and very helpful excellent service

Brilliant experience, was straight forward with name change as I was a bit nervous initially with the process but received docs within 5 days. Thanks

Very swift and easy to use service, highly recommend. Great job, thank you
