This is the third time I’ve ordered decking from Decking Supplies and on each occasion I’ve been pleased with the quality of the timber. Only given 4 stars because this time it took quite a bit longer to arrive. Normally been within a week but this time took over 2 weeks. Still pleased though and would recommend.

I’ve used decking supplies twice now for two projects at home, I absolutely can’t fault the decking calculator. It makes it so easy to buy, plan and build your deck and delivery was fast and communication and delivery with the haulier was first class.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to undertaking a decking project at home.

Would definitely recommend, ordering was made simple .
Everything was easy from delivery to fitting due to boards where cut to size .

Decking Supplies were very helpful, supplying exactly what we asked for, complete with all the sundry items too create a lovely deck to make our garden a vastly better environment.

Great communication from recieving my order to it being dispatched via email. Then delivery was communicated well over the phone. There was some issue with dispatching my order, but this only delayed due to health and safety concerns and again was well communicated with me. On delivery of my decking this was prompted and the guy was pleasant and well mannered. Overall no complaints and have recommended this company to friends and family

Quick delivery, easy to use website, good price and good quality material that arrived.

Not sure why their rating is 3.1 at the time of writing. I was nearly put off by bad reviews but can only say my experience with them was excellent.

Delivered £1500 of posts and boards in 48 hours, good quality and were great to deal with throughout.

Recommend to speak to them on the phone if in doubt. Answered my questions and were helpful, professional and polite.

Ordered a complete decking kit with screws, post cement etc as well as all the wood and only read reviews after. Was very worried I'd have to fight for a refund as the order went through to Glasgow and I'm in Gloucestershire. No need to worry, didn't hear anything for about 10 days but suddenly had email that the complete kit would be delivered to a haulier in Coventry. A few days later haulier called and delivery was made the same day. All wood (6X3m decking) great quality and all the bits and pieces complete. Concerning start but this company came up trumps

I understand that decking will not be completely free of routes. 30% of boards were covered in routes or damaged. Now further damage to the board appearing. I wish I have returned it all back to them.

I ordered decking kit recently. I read reviews and was bit unsure if to buy. But they had the one I wanted.with everything I needed.
Anyway l ordered and yes didn't hear anything for a week.
But after that can't fault them they replied to
my query .And can't fault delivery.porretta haulage.very helpful. A1.

Excellent received within 7 day. Excellent quality. Good communication for delivery time. I took a gamble after reading the bad reviews and I’m glad I did. Definitely going to use again. Trust me I never write reviews but this is well deserved.

I checked a lot of reviews and was sceptical about ordering.
My order for just under a thousand pounds was placed, I received a confirmation on the same day. A few days later my money was taken and I waited. Not many days later I received a message saying my order would be delivered, giving me a date and saying the driver would call me just before delivery. I did not get that call but the delivery arrived the stated day. The driver was extremely courteous and helpful.
A great service with first class products. The wood was good quality and easy to work with. Happily order from them again

Ordered online...went quiet then got an email saying it was with courier...then the courier contacted me...all delivered fine. It is a bit drawn out but it was cheaper than my first search...end of the day it was a lot of timber and I'm happy would use again 👍

I cannot fault them. The boards and joists arrived 8 days after placing the order.Delivered by a third party company, who kept me updated with text messages the day before and the day of delivery. The driver arrived bang on the ETA was very helpful and polite. The quality of the boards are excellent and not a single bow or split in any of the them and the joists are as straight as you could possibly expect for a 4.8m length of softwood timber. Be aware though, the other reviews mentioning communications (lack of) are correct.Apart from the invoice I never heard anything from them but I don’t want lots of comforting confirming emails I just want my goods, which is exactly what I got.

Just received my second batch of decking boards and they are as good as the first. Received very quickly this time
The delivery man was extremely helpful. Didn't have any lifting gear and still carried all 48 decking boards to the front of my house. He didn't have to but I was not at home at the time.
Definitely give this company a go as the quality was great

As below, ordered decking weeks ago and absolutely no communication. Tried to call, email leave voicemails and nothing. Now going down the Paypal route to get all of my £750 back. Please take into account these reviews before purchasing anything, I wish i did! (order ref 43635)

Do not use this company. As many other people have commented there is NO customer service. I am still waiting for a delivery date, tried phone, email and web contact but they have not had the decency to respond.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. I received no confirmation e-mail which concerned me initially but assumed I would receive that once the funds cleared. This was not the case when they relieved me of nearly £900. I have e-mailed asking for any update but have not had a reply. My wife and I have called on numerous occasions and left messages on the answer phone as this is all I have been able to reach so far. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Very much hope someone from customer services is monitoring reviews and has the decency to get in touch. This is my first ever experience of such poor/non existent customer service.
