Visited the showroom as we weren't totally sure what we needed. Carl couldn't have been more helpful, he talked us through all the options and made sure we had the right trims and accessories for the job. It was then delivered in a couple of days by the lovely driver Alex who carried it all inside for us. Very happy with our new bathroom, would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you!

Ordered 10 slatwall on Monday, arrived Tuesday afternoon. Quick and stressfree.

I forgot I had put a different delivery address to my billing address but the driver offered to take it to my clients address which was an absolute life saver.

I can't thank these guys enough. Even when I messed up my order, and orderd the wrong trims, they sorted it out straight away and gave me some great advice. I got delivery when they said I would get it, and the driver went above and beyond to help me put them in garage. I will be ordering again for a feature wall for the living room. Thanks again.

Ordered a couple of panels plus accessories on this website on 12th April. Website said my order qualified for free delivery. Completed my order and paid for it. Received an order confirmation. Company emailed me on 13th April to tell me that delivery to my area would be an extra £54.18(over 25% of the purchase price!), despite the website accepting my postcode and telling me I qualified for free delivery. I have not paid this, I have told the company I expect them to honour the agreement they made, but they are impolite and unreceptive and are in fact now ignoring my emails. I've been left with no option but to open a complaint with Trading Standards. Entirely sub-optimal user experience, would not recommend.

Ordered samples which arrived promptly. I then placed an order for three acoustic panels which were delivered within a week.

Discovered a slight problem on Good Friday so I sent an email knowing that it was a very long bank holiday weekend and I didn't think I would get a response until Tuesday at the earliest. On the Saturday morning I received a phone call. My concerns were listened to and the call handler (sorry, I can't remember your name 🫣) was very apologetic, and interested in understanding how the error occurred so it could be avoided in future and then a replacement was arranged. This replacement was delivered on the Wednesday which is fantastic considering it was the Easter weekend. I am very impressed with the service, yes mistakes happen, we are all human, but this was quickly resolved. It was great to experience proper customer care again. Do not hesitate to order from Floors to Walls.

Ordered sample, happy with sample. Made order. Sent different product… rang and they said its the right product it just has a different name!! Complete miselling. Plus, Impossible its a complete different pattern. Like ordering a red mini and getting a blue golf… asked for full refund and to collect this one. No email confirmation as yet.. will be claiming against credit card if they dont refund othen collect…

Fantastic service and communication from start to finish ... Very impressed how personal this service was . Delivery super quick and the quality of the panels were fantastic .... There is a lot of companies out there selling the same product so no need to do your research as you can take my word for it !! ... 101% would use these guys again and again

I ordered panels on 14 Oct with a promised 2–7 working day delivery, but after chasing multiple times (20th–23rd Oct), I was told they wouldn’t arrive until 27 Oct.
I’d already paid £1,000 for builders booked for the 24th — money I can’t get back because of the delay.
Communication has been poor, and the situation has caused unnecessary stress and expense. I’ve asked for a full refund and compensation — hoping they do the right thing before I take it further.

My experience with my order with Floortowalls was flawless. Received phone call from company day before delivery and text from driver to inform me he was 20 mins away from my property. Kindly took wall panels into garage for us too. Very competitively priced and would happily use again. Amazed at the negative reviews.

We ordered 5 bathroom wall panels (large wave tile design) which were pricier than other panels but we liked the design. Order was promptly processed and the company price matched a competitor as they had offered to price match. So far so good. Delivery was up to 7 days as I recall.
Unfortunately we heard nothing more from the company. After 5 or 6 days I contacted them to get a delivery date and was told the Sales Team were all busy but someone would get back to me. I made the same call for a further 3 days and could never get through to the Sales Team.
Finally, I called just after 9am and the call was answered by a gentleman who was able to look into the issue. He advised me the Sales Team were meant to have contacted me to let me know that their supplier had had quality issues with the product so they weren’t able to supply it.
Had I looked at other reviews I would have seen I wasn’t alone in not getting called back.
I’ve given the company two stars as to their credit they did refund me within a few days as they promised.
I’m sure the product was great, unfortunately I never got to see it!

nearly didn't order due to negative reviews but glad i did, came fast, exactly what i ordered and quality looks great. the only thing they could improve on is tracking info from point of order and not just day of delivery which you dont know when that is until the day

Having placed my order and received confirmation the same day, I received no updates on when to expect delivery. I chased it four working days later on Friday to be told their delivery driver does this area on Tuesday, and I would receive my goods then.

On Tuesday, I called for an ETA and was promised a callback, which never came (this happened twice). I called again on the Wednesday morning to be told it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday because their driver did the route in a different direction.

10 days from ordering to delivery with no updates, no callbacks on two occasions, and no change on the order status online (it still reads ready to ship).

I got an apology but that is of little use when your plans are messed up and it costs you money. How can a company be so bad at delivering goods in this day and age when most items can be delivered next day with no issues?

I wouldn't use them again and can't recommend them.

Terrible if you have a problem. I bought 3 blue panels and 3 white. When the white panels were fitted they were a different shade of white. When the blue was fitted there was a very visible white line showing, on closer inspection the blue colour looked like it didn’t cover properly at end. Their answer to the white was they must have been a different batch number!! It was up to them to check before sending. As for the blue their answer was yes they do have a white line when connected, a faint white line I could live with but not a strong white line. They refused to refund me on the panels opened/ used. The problem could not been seen until fitted so it’s a win win situation for floors to walls and a lose lose situation for the customer, no walls panels and £500+ down the drain. BE AWARE

Wonderful service. Ordered slatwall panels at the weekend and recieved it first thing on Tuesday. The driver was lovely (ETA updates, he even put them into my summer house and messaged me when he delivered them - 5 star)

Useless delivery... totally incompetence

Ordered wallboards and received within the week. Very pricey but nice. Ordered floortiles and a few were damaged around the click area which was not visible however 1 tile was damaged on the top. This was noticed by my tiler who pointed it out to me when he was halfway through the job. Tried to resolve with representative from Floor to Walls who was exceptionally rude to me in writing. I tried to complain but this has been swept under their faulty carpet. Personally I believe every company should have a compliants policy and complaints handled professionally. It would be interesting if anyone Senior in the company was interested in customer satisfaction. Note the tiles were quite expensive so I didn't expect such poor quality. I would avoid this company. Respect and customer satisfaction is everything.
