Had Rob out to measure up for shutters two of my windows and a blind for a third. I didn't really have a clue what I wanted but Rob explained everything thoroughly but easy enough for me to understand he was so courteous, professional and polite. Scott then came to fit the blind and the shutters. Again, he was so professional. Wouldn't have a drink just cracked on with the job. After fitting he put my furniture back and tidied up. I am absolutely over moon with my blind/shutters and will have the guys back when I get my kitchen done. The service this company gives is first class and I not go with anyone else.

Lovely service over the phone, Peter was a class conversation whilst he measured the windows and even came in half an hour before his shift to cater to my schedule! Scott was lovely and kept things nice and tidy whilst he fittest the blinds- mint company in general

Wanted new blinds for the whole house went down to the shop to have a look and Steph was brilliant at helping us she arranged for someone to come out to measure up for us and then we went back down to order them would definitely recommend Deal Direct Blinds and thank you Steph for your help 😊

Very efficient service, installed 4 blinds and 1 set of perfect fit door blinds really quickly. Worked around another workman doing a separate job with no problem. Highly recommend 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish! Peter came out to measure for my blinds and was extremely helpful, offering great advice when I was unsure which style to choose.

Scott carried out the fitting and called around 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He fitted the blinds in no time at all and took the time to explain how everything worked.

Both Peter and Scott were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with — a real credit to Deal Direct.

Had new perfect fit blinds fitted in June, perfect job! Only issue was we discovered after time was the when the doors were open the opening and closing rods were blown around by the breeze, contacted them about having them shortened, no problem whatsoever popped in they did it there and then. Great service, and a friendly team.

Rob has been out to measure and fit blinds/shutters for our home on a number of occasions. He's professional, thorough and has great product knowledge. Scott recently came out to finish a velux blind for us. Really friendly and did a great job.

From start to finish i was very impressed with this company. Rob came out to measure up on time lovely lad. Went into shop and lady was so helpful. Jason and Hannah came to fit blinds, they were fab, blinds are great quality and look lovely.
